[2.0] "10 years in the future we will be looking back at this wrestler and we'll be like: "Damm boy, what a reign he had, it did not happen anything in more than 700 days" update: we're almost half way there and the damage this kind of wrestlers have done to this sport should be considered a crime. From the disastrous bloodline rules matches, to the infamous and various bloodline iterations, it's horrible to see the state of professional wrestling"

[4.0] "I don't understand why this guy has such a high rating. Extremely limited moveset like he's being played by a kid who hasn't learned the button combinations yet in a fighting game. Okay on the mic, but nothing special. I give him an 8 on look, his best metric. Selling/acting average at best. Added 9/15/26: Only has like 3 or 4 moves, none of which are very good. Matches are extremely slow. Every match he's in, both guys look like they're moving in molasses. Painful to watch. Only wrestles like 4 times a year."

[7.0] "He's my favourite wrestler of all-time (but not my pick for the greatest of all-time, if that makes sense), he got me into wrestling as the Tribal Chief and I love that run alongside The Bloodline, even if I think his current run isn't that good, he will always have a special place in my heart."

[2.0] "Roman Reigns has an image created by everyone except him, words written by everyone except him. He's competent enough to do the basic bumps and run the ropes but he's not very good at everything else. Promos? No. Not when he was the big dog and not now. Paul Heyman did most of the talking even though it was the same trite shit but it worked in WWE. Then he takes his empty tac vest off, puts on a lei, changes his music and suddenly it's a reinvention. Never mind he works the exact same match and hits the the same spots at the same timestamps. He's one of the laziest main event wrestlers I've ever seen. I'm not talking about a match output standpoint, I'm talking about a man working part time without earning it. Yeah, I said it. By earning it I mean actually getting over naturally with the fans when it was most important. Turning heel 5 years after the fact and then riding the same story for another 5 isn't it."

[7.0] "There's no argument that this guy managed to carry WWE during covid time and then later in TKO era. However, it's 2026, and the bloodline story kept on going and his world heavyweight run is basically boring since he didn't appear in some appearances despite him saying he'll be in full time, which is funny asfk."

[9.0] "An all-time great who could have had more classic matches if he had any desire to. That said, the way he's carried himself since the COVID days has more than made up for the lack of 5-star outings. He's THE top star, and every match he does wrestle matters."

[8.0] "On paper Roman has almost everything you want in a wrestler great look good promo very good at wrestling as this aura around him where you could tell he main eventer. But in practice Vince didn't really know what to do. He knew to push him but he was pushed so heavily since Vince saw him as this new John Cena. I'm not going to pretend Big Dog Roman was great There were a few good moments here and there. But when he turned heel and became the tribal chef and got put together with Paul Heyman. Suddenly he works."

[8.0] "While Roman Reigns comes off as a pampered and entitled performer, he has the look and he has the size and presence to fuel a wrestling promotion. He doesn't wrestle as much, and to me that is kind of a problem, but when he does wrestle, we get something like 'CM Punk vs. Roman Reigns' at WrestleMania which was absolute magic that will never be forgotten. His promo is insane, but he needs to make it feel like we're in a new age and not just regurgitating the success of the Bloodline."

[6.0] "This rating at halfway has nothing to do with the man or his winning. It's HOW he wins. Fans turned on John Cena a long time ago b/c he was shoved down our throats and politicked his way to wins. Now, Reigns is doing the same thing and people constantly say the unacceptable excuse "Uh, he's a heel." Yeah, and so was Flair, Edge, Miz, Savage, Orton, Bret, Owen, Yokozuna, and almost every single other wrestler in WWE history. The difference is that each of them could win a majority of matches on their own (save maybe the Miz.) Roman hasn't won matches on his own in over 3 years and acts like he's tough when he needs to be bailed out. The character change also hasn't done any favors for him because now people only like him because he changed allegiances. Until he wins more matches on his own, I'll have to keep this ranking somewhat low. Again, nothing against the man or his record, only how he pads his record just so he gets whatever he wants."

[5.0] "For how much I despise him as a character for his artificial ass push from 2016-2019 as well as not being the biggest fan of either portion of the bloodline storylines, I can't say that Roman Reigns hasn't been one of the biggest draws in the last 5 years. He sells merch/tickets, thats for fucking sure. His wrestling ability never wowed me but with the right opponent he really becomes the superstar that WWE always wanted. A lot of my hate stems from how WWE fans overvalue Roman over everyone else. Time after time I see comments talking about that without Roman, WWE would be absolutely unwatchable or that Roman is the best wrestler to ever do it. Yet they probably don't even watch NXT, NJPW, or AEW to see how many more talented promos, technical wrestlers, and people are in this business. Roman has always been the industry plant of wrestling in my eyes. Fake, artificial, and somehow getting more money than most of the more talented artists out there."

[2.0] "Other than Brock Lesnar, I can't think of a more pampered and coddled wrestler than him. This guy hasn't wrestled on Raw / Smackdown in over a year and a half, and is only 41 years old. And before that, his last match on Raw or Smackdown was in December 2022. Every match is the same and relies on significant time spent lying down on the mat, or just kicking out of numerous finishers. There's nothing impressive or athletic about that or anything he's done. His attempts at having "charisma" solely relies on being nonchalant. At least The Rock, Stone Cold had personalities. He's extremely lazy and I think he should put some people over and call it a career soon."

[10.0] "In my opinion, I would say he's one of or maybe even the greatest of all time. His era as the Big Dog obviously wasn't the brightest, but he still had some great matches in that era. 2018-2019 was a pretty bad stretch of his career, but he's improved so much since then. He became arguably the greatest storyteller in all of wrestling with his run from 2020 to now, he still performs at a very high level in the ring delivering some of his best matches of his career currently, and his mic skills have improved significantly. His matches with Cody, Punk, Seth, Bryan, KO, Sami, AJ, etc are all proof of how good he is."

[8.0] "Roman isn't my favorite, but all around he's pretty solid. Can talk and work pretty well, but his biggest attributes are his look and presence. He feels like a big deal. So many people worry about how many moves they can do instead of how to actually get over and make people care. When Roman walks out he's over and the crowd is generally loud for him. Alot guys only get reactions from spots because the people really don't care. That being said he's more dependent on the storyline/build being good then most because his in ring style is slower and more deliberate. So if the story isn't done well or the other guy(s) isn't over/exciting his matches can suffer."

[7.0] "Somehow the most overrated and underrated wrestler probably of all time. Rarely do you see such a polarizing wrestler. In-ring wise he has always been good, he has always had the ability to look strong but also made his opponents look good with his bumping and selling ability. His big dog character always lacked charisma and promo ability but he could always deliver in the ring. He had one of the most unusual "wrestling soulmates" in Braun Strowman, they had multiple great matches in different match types. His character change during the pandemic transformed him into one of the biggest names in the industry, he became more charismatic and confident on the microphone and is now one probably the biggest draw in the WWE. He doesn't wrestle much anymore but mostly always delivers great results."

"Roman Reigns' spear is cool because it always feels like a real turning point. The burst of speed and crowd reaction make the move feel important every time."

[7.0] "He's an all arounder not really any weaknesses. His booking comes from his look. Has drawn a ton of money."

[0.0] "I'm just super tired of him, the bloodline, and his whole gimmick. He can't cut a promo on anyone, and none of his feuds feels personal at all. He just says the same things about anyone he's up against, and aurafarms because he knows he can't talk. Also his finishers are jumping while he punches and running at someone fast. He's not even the best at spears on the roster and it's his defining move. He just found out early on the WWE eats it up when you involve some sort of crowd involvement in your gimmick, so the crowd acknowledges him every time. His promos are often cringy, and recorded ahead of time because he sucks on the mic. Very clearly just wants an acting career but no one is calling."

[8.0] "I have a question. Where are all the people who said the show is nothing without Roman Reigns? Where are all the people who said the show can't survive without Roman as champion? Well Roman has had the belt for 3 months now and the show has not gotten better in the near slightest and his championship reign is awful. Raw on Netflix hit a record low viewership with him as head champion. Yeah those people seem to be real quiet now. But that's my whole point. He's extremely overrated and overhyped. I'm sick of people acting like he's some legendary figure and a main stream star when he really isn't. Is he good? Yes absolutely. A lot of his matches have been awesome and he's a great mic worker. A lot of his stories during his tribal chief run were awesome as well. But again he isn't some legendary figure like people make him out to be. Some people act like he's a main stream star and this is false. Nobody who is not a WWE fan knows who Roman reigns is. This is easily testable. He's not John Cena, the Rock or Stone Cold. Now despite this ranting I obviously do like Roman Reings which is why I do give him an 8. He's done a lot of great things and he has really improved throughout the years. My biggest issues with Roman is that he's extremely part time for seemingly no reason and the amount of extreme glaze he gets from people is crazy."

[7.0] "An underrated performer up until a certain point, Roman truly had something special with the first iteration of the Tribal Chief character, but the more time passed the more his ego got the better of him turning him into the monster politician he is today, refusing to work with people he doesn't want to get over (namely Drew McIntyre) and positioning himself and his family as the epicenter of WWE today. Honestly I don't blame him. As Vince's chosen one he got the shaft plenty of times and was exposed in ways that truly damaged him. When they begged him to comeback amidst COVID in 2020 despite his leukemia (a real scummy move by Vince McMahon, a classic) he said he'd do it only if they gave him everything they wanted, and that birthed a monster who was both considered the coolest thing WWE ever had (also because WWE created a successful media campaign to get its marks on the hype train for the bloodline) but also the worst as Roman buried everyone and anyone who wasn't of Samoan blood whilst making sure he'd never look weak. If anything, after all these years, "Make Roman Look Strong" is still WWE's motto."

[8.0] "He is very good wrestler and the aurafarmer main eventer but he has very insufficient moveset and has to improve that. Also he should slip away from that Bloodline things because we are not in 2020 anymore"

[6.0] "his time in the Shield was fun enough but when you talk about pre-Bloodline Roman you really can't ignore how genuinely awful most of his time as the Big Dog was. that WAS probably his most athletic in-ring era, but it was offset by a lack of experience and basically negative charisma alongside a forced dedication to stuff that just wasn't working. his Bloodline run definitely gave us a different Roman, but at the end of the day, he became a wrestling chameleon. he learned to adapt very well to what other people are doing in the ring and work with them, which is great because as top guy in the WWE he got (and gets) to work with pretty much exclusively the best wrestlers on their rosters. i feel like most of the people he had great matches with at this point in time are genuinely quite hard to have a bad match with if you're a professional (Cody, Sami, Punk, etc...) but Roman did not stand out as the best part of any of those matches. HOWEVER, his Bloodline characterwork was a lot better than anything he had going as the Big Dog and tapped into what he is better at. after the Bloodline it became clear that he was unfortunately unable to be anything other than Bloodline Roman. his turn as a face has mostly been him being unlikable and unable to switch things up at all, and it's pretty evident that Paul Heyman's presence during his first Bloodline run made up for a lot of his flaws on that front. now we're on Bloodline Mk. 2, Roman is doing the same shtick with basically no alterations, and it's wearing thin. definitely had something for a few years, but it's being bookended by two very different brands of boring that put spotlights on all his limitations as a performer. basically needs to be in a stable to be even a little interesting."

[8.0] "Roman is a weird wrestler to rate, but I think an 7-8 is around where I'd put him. He's had an interesting career, as the big dog he was overpushed and hated. But in ring as the big dog is actually where he peaked, I think. Tribal Chief Roman has the mic skills, the aura, and pretty much everything else over that era though. He's undeniably the biggest draw of this era, and while I don't particularly care that much, it does affect the rating a tiny bit. His biggest flaw is consistency and lack of appearances, even as champion he would rarely show up. His fanbase has kinda ruined how wrestling is perceived, so he has that negative on him, as it's all about "cinema" now. I wish we could see tribal chief Roman working big dog Roman matches."

[10.0] "Roman Reigns is a genius. He's a real man, a hard worker, and a grinder. And that's serious. After watching his face-to-face segment with Brock Lesnar (as well as hundreds of edits on YouTube Shorts), I realized that he's a person with an incredible aura and a tough journey. Back in the day, he went through insane hate and managed to turn it around, becoming the coolest heel. He's a strong guy. And at SummerSlam 2024, he didn't come out to the hate of the entire arena; he made the arena bow before him and show thumbs up. Isn't that an aura? He's no longer Big Dog. Acknowledge Him. He's created his own original character. Yes, he needed to progress, develop his mic skills, character, and so on, given the huge burden the company put on him, and he handled it. Of course, I don't like his four-year reign, but he was great in segments. He's done incredible work on himself. Probably, at WM42, he'll become champion again. But what kind of wrestler can he become? I didn't want it to go to absurdity this time. But rating him below an 8 is just stupid. He's clearly better than Cody, and compared to Bron Breaker and Jey Uso, he looks like a God. He came up with his own gimmick with original tricks and cool features."

[9.0] "8/10 from me, Accomplishments - 10, Charisma/Character Work - 9.5, Cultural Significance - 9.5, In-Ring Skills - 8.5, Longevity - 9 and Move-Set - 7.5 = 8.8 rounded up to 9/10."

"The most boring, flat, overpushed wrestler of the last 20 years. He's one of the reason why WWE has been unwatchable for the last ten years. i dont have six hundreds characters for this awful shitty wrestler."

[0.0] "Just simply overrated and almost everything about his rise, gimmick, character and presentation felt artificial and manufactured by WWE rather than being earned through natural fan adulation or organic growth. From the moment WWE positioned him as the next top dog, his entire trajectory screamed corporate mandate over merit. His babyface run was a blatant attempt to manufacture the next John Cena as WWE moved heaven and earth to force him into the spotlight with relentless main-event placements, protected finishes, interference and contrived obstacles, regardless of crowd reactions. While the Tribal Chief turn improved things, it still carried the stench of manufacturing, a calculated pivot after years of failure, reliance on Paul Heyman, the Bloodline faction and heavy scripting to prop up what was fundamentally the same limited performer. The aura of dominance was built through booking protection, lengthy reigns padded by absences and part-time status and ensemble storytelling that often overshadowed and hid his individual weaknesses rather than emerging naturally from his abilities. WWE insisted he was the face of the company, bending the product around him at the expense of roster depth and believable storytelling. The result was a legacy that, to critics, feels hollow and engineered rather than legendary."

[6.0] "The most overrated of all time. Hes just good in the ring, has nobody noticed every Roman reigns classic match happens when he's getting carried by a 10/10 worker? His big dog era is genuine garbage that everybody seems to brush under the rug because of his 1316 day title reign where most of the matches were forgettable and he cut the same promo on the weeks he felt like actually showing up to work. Now, Roman isn't garbage he now is definitely good and sometimes (rarely) great but he isn't a GOAT for WWE standards and isn't anywhere near the top 100 wrestlers of all time."

[7.0] "Roman Reigns is a very good Professional Wrestler When he's Motivated and Cares about the Person his Wrestling and He's a Crazy S Teir Aura Farmer not really my Kind of Wrestler and his Way Wrestling is just not for me But He's Good"

[9.0] "I was lucky enough to see him live when he still held both titles: WWE and Universal. The aura he exudes is impressive! I wasn't a fan of the Tribal Chief at the beginning of the storyline, but he managed to constantly develop his character until he became the OTC. Perhaps they overdid it with him, but he undeniably changed the image of WWE forever."

[9.0] "The Big Dog character was a failure. The wannabe John Cena character was aweful. But now, his character as the Tribal Chief is one of the best professional gimmicks in WWE. There has been only a few heel megastars that captures me as much as Roman has. He was always meant to be a heel or a tweener. His second run as the Universal Champion has been amazing, bringing a much needed prestige to the belt. I also believe that his second run is one of the few great World Championship reigns in recent WWE history and the best Universal Championship reign since it's inception."

[5.0] "Roman Reigns is an average wrestler. He has average charisma but is very much over with the fans. His Bloodline storyline was good and at times VERY good but putting the title on him again was predictable. If anything WWE is very predictable. He has a few moves. WWE will continue to still be the #1 Worldwide wrestling promotion even if they are "dialing it in"."

[10.0] "I'll even admit myself that I'm not the biggest Roman reigns fan these days but if I told you that even when he's motivated that he's still bad, I'd be outright lying. As a matter of fact, it's the exact opposite. Paul Heyman has helped him become a FANTASTIC promo and you can see it. His matches are extremely good and he does a great job of telling the story in the ring which not many wrestlers are capable of doing. When it's all said and done. I do think he'll be one of the all time greats."

[6.0] "Roman Reigns, despite his occasional brilliance, is one of the best examples of an "industry plant" in pro wrestling. His status as a member of the Anoa'i family carried him for his blunder years, whether it be as Leakee or as the Big Dog Roman Reigns, and only once he managed to tap into the Tribal Chief gimmick did things finally look up. And throughout that entire period, the way he was pushed so heavily into the main event scene was painful. Yes, sometimes he does put on a great match and has a very carefully protected image of dominance, that I can concede. However, he flounders in other aspects, especially with his promo work. From 2014 to 2020, his promo work was at times downright abysmal and, although he gained more confidence after he became the Tribal Chief, his promos still felt like playground insults a lot of the time. Perhaps it's the way that he began to rely so heavily on "aura" and "hype moments", opting for smoke and mirrors instead of just sticking to great wrestling that frustrates me the most. His obsessive fanbase is also grating, but it isn't really fair to count that against Roman. It's hard for a wrestler to disown a large portion of their fanbase in a tactful manner without having fans that are already proven to be ravenous start going after them instead, but I digress. At the end of the day, he could absolutely be a phenomenal wrestler, but he simply refuses to become the true full-package pinnacle of wrestling that his promotion tries to present him as."

[8.0] "The OTC Roman Reigns, is probably the best entertaining wrestler there is. His mic work, his aura, his storyline. That's easily amongst the greatest. The real looming problem with Reigns, will be his Big Dog phase, after the Shield (2012-2014). Even if I was one of the few, that liked him anyways. I mustn't be blind and realize that his overpush clearly outshadowed better performers and storylines."

[0.0] "Singlehandedly took years off the company and made it completely frustrating and at times unwatchable. Was perfectly fine as part of The Shield but his forced babyface push that dominated the mid to late 2010s caused irreparable damage to the company that we are left with forever. He was constantly fed fan favourites (Daniel Bryan, Dean Ambrose, Bray Wyatt, Braun Strowman) and legends (Triple H, The Undertaker, John Cena, Brock Lesnar) all just to try and establish him as the ultimate top guy, and every single effort failed. I don't know what the hell Vince McMahon saw in this guy, were they in cahoots backstage over something? Seems very plausible. The company still managed bright spots over those years when Reigns ruled the roost but he was still sneaking around and would always come back into the spotlight. Never improved his wrestling skills and has had awful promos, even during The Bloodline days when he supposedly 'improved'. The fact that they tried to present this guy as someone on the same level as Brock Lesnar and even name their awful never-ending feud iconic is an absolute joke. I can't even believe this guy would be a nice person in real life either given how many times he attacked the fans over the years (including telling someone they'd never succeed in life because he was 'in the big time'). Reigns likely lead many talented performers to leave WWE in search of better work, notice how they all left when Reigns was in the middle of his stupid, ridiculous year after year title reign which led to him burying EVEN MORE people. Thanks for the wasted years Reigns"

[4.0] "Ngl, this guy is the definition of overrated. Sure, he was unstoppable during his universal title reign, sure he had great matches and cut great promos, but overall, he just doesn't do it for me. Especially during his mega push era from 2016 - 2018, I couldn't stand him then. Plus his cocky attitude irritates me, he acts like he's still the guy and he's all hot shit. That's just annoying to me"

[8.0] "I love the fact that his modern story is based on his past & not getting over as baby face Roman, but just because someones current is good, doesn't mean we can look past at his past (pun intended). There was a time where WWE would essentially say "Actually, you like Roman, and you WILL cheer for Roman because we will make him the only wrestler you should like." Those years where all we got at Mania was a Roman main event, where he tries to get over, while half the stadium was trying to beat the traffic. His modern day is really good, like [10.0] good. But his past can't really be over looked. Love the guy right now, but the past is too sour to be fully appreciated."

[7.0] "I'm editing now because I've cooled off on the guy since my rant about him on November 15th, 2022; so I can finally rate him objectively since his reign of terror ended 2 years ago. I'll give him a 7 (as opposed to my 0 over 3 years ago). Here is the original post from November 2022: I'm sorry, but this guy is killing the product with this awful reign of terror. He's honestly the worst part of the company atm. The less said about his fanbase, the better. He's pushed so strongly; but yet he's not even close to being in the top 10 best wrestlers in the ring in WWE, is not even close to being in the top 10 most charismatic guys in the company, and is below average on the mic compared to his more talented peers. He's also NOT a draw too; which is embarrassing since you'd expect this guy to draw like Steve Austin or The Rock with this endless megapush. He's easily the most overrated talent in the business today. I'll never understand those who rate this man highly. Anyway, let's also dissect why this guy is having such an awful world title reign atm. Who the heck has this guy put over lately? He's beaten pretty much EVERYONE he's faced in this boring, interminable reign, and nobody else has really benefitted from it. Hell, even the Usos were much more over with crowds back when they were independent as a tag team years ago. He stacked both Daniel Bryan and Edge on top of each other like garbage in last year's main event of Wrestlemania 37. He killed Shinsuke Nakamura's momentum last year on January 2021 before his 2nd babyface run even got the chance to start by destroying him after that awesome performance in that Gauntlet match (before putting the nail on the coffin by letting Adam Pearce pin the guy). He killed the momentum of Cesaro by beating him right after Seth Rollins spent MONTHS doing his very damn best to elevate the guy in early 2021. He's humbled Brock Lesnar (who's the only other overpushed guy near his level within the past decade) more than enough times already. He absolutely buried Finn Balor as the Demon last September despite being strongly protected under that persona for several years (and no, Balor doesn't need the Demon in order to be relevant in the upper card). He got 2 wins on Raw last September despite being a Smackdown guy, which is baffling because that was 1 week removed from Big E winning the WWE title, and he could've used that win far more. Better yet, Bobby Lashley is also someone who could've won that Triple Threat match since he could've benefitted from that victory more because he was the challenger for the WWE championship. He pinned Big E at Survivor Series last year decisively, and pretty much hurt his stock as WWE Champion. He feuded with Kevin Owens from November 2020 through February 2021, and he RARELY got his comeuppance since Owens spent 90% of that feud getting destroyed every other week. He SQUASHED Sami Zayn within 10 seconds last December. He can't even take a DQ loss to Xavier Woods last year (because he NEEDS to look super strong), and he ruined Xavier's king character mere few weeks after winning the King of the Ring tournament too. He "lost" to Seth Rollins at the Royal Rumble; but yet he beat up Rollins afterwards. This dude puts NOBODY over."

[4.0] "He is ok. A guy who should've turned heel WAY before he did. Over-pushed, over-rated, and very formulaic. You know why he has a massive Indian following? He's tall, has darker skin than everyone else, is nonchalant, has hair, and punches people. He's not even the best promo of all time! He's still a nepo-baby! People cried when he didn't win wrestler of the year last year, that's because he had 5 fucking matches! Now after his 4 year title reign, he's barely showing up! He's popping in and out, returning, getting written off weeks later, at this point with his health issues, just retire bro. He has all the money he wants, he's in Hollywood, he has a massive fanbase, and has health issues. No one would blame you if you just decided to retire, you're 40 man, deal with it."

[7.0] "Editing from giving him a 3 in 2015. He's a lot better, not great, far from perfect, but he has the look, he's solid in the ring and he performs when he shows up. I'm sure if he was 100%, and was there more, he'd be an 8 or 9 potentially."

[10.0] "His 2015 to 2020 run was rough for long time fans. The promos were hard to sit through and some matches felt forced, even if he was selling merch and kids loved him, so it worked from a business point of view. In the ring, he was always solid with the right opponent, but the presentation held him back. Once he turned heel, everything changed. The character became layered, confident, and believable. Now he feels like one of the biggest stars ever. He moves tickets, draws money, and can cut strong promos. The Tribal Chief run elevated him to an all time level."

[7.0] "The transformation from big dog to Tribal Chief is incredible. Shame his moveset is only 4 moves and get spammed every match. Also the fact he is a part timer hurts storylines a lot. But you cant deny his charisma and presence."

[10.0] "Roman Reigns has had one of the most turbulent runs to the top of the industry that anyone could possibly have. Chosen by the biggest company and rejected by fans intially, Roman has by the time of 2026 solidified his status as one of the most legendary wwe wrestlers of all time. The words cinema is massively overused but the Bloodline storyline really was so in many ways. Very smart worker inside the ring and quite effective on promos as well, especially after passing the awkward forced babyface scripted promos that wwe used to make him do. Its difficult to explain just how popular Roman is in many places including my own country, where people have literally named restaurants and their business after him. Thats something which is undeniable."

[10.0] "Probably one of the more divisive wrestlers in terms of how you view him in the last decade. When he first came up with dean and seth as part of the shield everyone loved them, especially when they became babyfaces. The shield as a whole were involved in some of the best multi man tag matches I have ever witnessed. Then when they broke up and they were looking to push Roman as a singles act, the fans werent rocking with it, and understandably so. Despite having the look, he wasnt believable as a babyface because of how bad of a promo he was. Even with what he was doing in the ring, there were still fans that werent rocking with Roman like that because they felt his push was forced. There were probably a number of ways how his push could of been better booked (have him win a midcard title first to show he can work main event style matches), then if he succeeded there, you push him to the moon. He was also still rocking the shield gear that still had fans reminisce of those days were they preferred Roman. He also was still using the shield theme song too for the longest time. Fast forward to 2020 in the summer and thats when he changed the game, linking with Paul Heyman, becoming the tribal chief, the way he leveled up in every aspect of wrestling was a sight to behold. He mastered doing the little things, his promo work was utter worldly. Not only what he did, but the bloodline story, played a huge role in the perception of WWE being where its at today. 1316 days a champ. No one will come close to that ever. Whether you love him or you hate him, you have to respect him for truly changing the game the way he did. He's stamped as one of the greatest of this era. Now its time to see who else joins him in that regard. He's already been nominated but I would like to add more context to his work over his career. From the shield tags,  the Bryan matches, the Cody matches, the Aj matches, the first and last Brock match, Jey Uso, Drew McIntyre, his underrated feud with Braun Strowman, his matches with KO, Sami, to the gems involving The Big Show, Buddy Murphy, Cesaro, Finn Balor, Riddle, etc. his body of work speaks for itself, then when you factor in his run on top like I mentioned before, there won't be an ace run like that in the company again "

[7.0] "While I'm considering that he is the worst member of the Shield, he is going down is the first samoan who was the face of WWE, but who suffered with the booking that made him not putting all together, except for a brief time between 2020-2021. While his work with the Shield was legendary, his work as the Big Dog was atracious from a character, but he was great in the ring for this time especially in matches against AJ Styles and Bryan Danielson. When he turned heel he became the complete package, but from a in-ring standpoint I think after 2022 he lost a bit of his body of work, because of the Bloodline, the interferences in matches and the part-time schedule. I highly recommend his matches in 2020-2021, I really think that his character and in-ring were on point."
