[10.0] "If this isn't the greatest wrestler of all time. Who is ? She has great technical moves since day one. She keeps reinventing herself each time she appears between injuries, and even with the half assumed push she gets, she is still putting great rivalries and matches. I could elaborate on multiples of her performances, but I think a 10/10 rating is enough to describe her skill. Being one of the few wrestlers who actually cuts promo in her own language since she came to the WWE is great too. She's also wrestling and has wrestled with a "broken" leg which I just found insane."

Extremely quick and agile on the ring at her peak wrestling days up until now even and has had a great gimmick through her entire career. When booked adequately she shines so much and she will always be a legend in Japan and outside of it too."

Matches with Bayley, Ember and many more Main roster, yes a lot of success but a TERRIBLE decision for her to lose her undefeated streak to Charlotte Flair at WrestleMania 34 An absolute legend who's clearly missed on television right now"

Technically very sound and a great striker. Really enjoyed her work over the years. One of if not the greatest ever."

[10.0] "One of the best modern women wrestlers in the world. She was the definition of dominant on NXT and she has continued to reinvent herself on the main roster to keep herself strong. In the ring she is fantastic and is good on the mic even if English is her second language. Has a great presence that can get a crowd behind her."
[10.0] "One of the greatest women's wrestlers of all time. Not only is Asuka just one of the best performers ever, but she paved a way for Joshi talent in WWE. If not for her, Iyo, Kairi, Giulia wouldn't be in WWE. Even her terrible booking doesn't hurt her rating. She's an excellent striker who can work very stiff if asked. She's very charismatic and has an excellent look. I really hope she isn't retiring just yet because I think she still has so much to offer and there's still several people who she's never wrestled a singles match that I'd like to see her against. But if she does retire, I'll be completely fine out of the respect I have for her."

[10.0] "The wrestler whose career I've followed best, and who is my favorite of all time. The skill is there. The match quality (and quantity) is there. The character work is there. She has had it all for 15+ years at this point, and is a legit forward thinker in the industry. She managed to have a flawless NXT run, arguably the greatest of all time, and even with sometimes shoddy Vince booking she's still been over her entire run. She's been booked as a champion every single year up to this one in a company where Japanese women have usually been disregarded, or not seen as one of the "stars". She shattered that ceiling. Who else can say that? I think the only comparison could be AJ in terms of already being highly-established star before their WWE tenures, but it's even crazier for someone who comes from another country to succeed like this in 2 different iterations of the company."

Her character work and in ring ability are that good but she unfortunately always played second fiddle to the 4HW And now Rhea and Bianca. Shes undoubtedly the best female wrestler in wwe alongside iyo but the way her booking you'd be surprised"

Other than that beginning she's been awful in the ring and she has a dull personality with some atrocious promos and whenever any wrestler, fan speak of her as if she's Okada or something. Just think for yourself "even prior to WWE" was she better than the other Japanese women wrestlers she is working with now like Hojo and Shirai? Definitely not"

[10.0] "Asuka is 1 of 1. She opened the door for talent from Japan to come to WWE in 2015, and went on to become one of the greatest and most entertaining wrestlers in her decade plus of work since. She spearheaded the women's revolution along with the Four Horsewomen, and managed to get over with the WWE audience through both her spectacular in-ring performances and character work. Asuka has one of the most uniquely devastating-looking striking repertoires while also being a technical genius in the ring, and there's a good argument to be made for her as one of the most charismatic wrestling characters of all time considering how she's able to work crowds and tell stories without an English voice by her side like other non-native speaking wrestlers have needed. The fact that she's still at the top of her game playing a great villainous heel at 44 years old now is amazing. No one is ready for Asuka."

[10.0] "I think Asuka, at one point in time, was widely considered one of the best wrestlers in the world, regardless of gender. Her work recently has been just as solid but I think her being in WWE for so long as softened her style a little - when she wrestled Iyo Sky, we saw a little bit of that fire but Asuka has more than earned her rumoured forthcoming retirement. I think the business has fundamentally changed, mainstream specifically, because of her. Her wrestling style is one of a kind and her in-ring psychology is 10/10, her return at the rumble a few years ago breathed new life into her career too. Although her finishers look a little soft now and difficult to believe, I still remember being in complete awe of her in NXT - she had a match against Cameron and I remember her reversing a slap into an armbar and being legitimately taken aback with how quick and lethal she was! Brilliant wrestler - one of the all time greats!"

EDIT: I take back everything good I said about her. She's awful. I can't stand her. Just like that. She's weird. She should go to therapy. She's too self-conscious. She has weird moves. She spits in people's faces, which is disgusting. Come on. Who in their right mind spits in people's faces? Only Asuka can do that. Best regards."

One of my absolute favourites and one of the most important figures in women's wrestling."

I have to watch some of her matches in Japan, but what she does/did just in WWE is incredible, the matches, the intensity, the charisma just proves how awesome she is/was. Normally I wouldn't say this, but I'm glad she didn't lose her title, keeping the legit streak she had build in NXT, after all, nobody is ready for Asuka."

[9.0] "Asuka is one of the most dominant and influential women's wrestlers in history. From tearing it up in Japan to her undefeated streak in NXT, she has redefined what it means to be a force in the ring. Her blend of stiff striking, technical skill, and unpredictable movement gives her a style that feels legitimately dangerous and totally unique. When she arrived in NXT, the energy shifted. She didn't need catchphrases or heavy promos; her aura did the work. Her undefeated streak in NXT still stands as one of the most protected and well-built runs in WWE history. She didn't just win matches--she dismantled her opponents with precision and poise. After transitioning to the main roster, Asuka continued to shine with championship reigns, memorable feuds, and moments of brilliance. She has reinvented herself multiple times, shifting from silent assassin to chaotic clown-faced menace, and it's always worked because the foundation is rock solid. Asuka is one of the few performers who can carry a match, elevate opponents, and stay fresh year after year. Her presence raises the bar and her legacy is already set as one of the best to ever do it. I don't even know what a "joshi" is, but Asuka, Sky and Sane should be made to be the focal points of the women's division"

But the impress of tomorrow character was great and Asuka did a perfect job of portraying the character which is the best thing about her. Her run in NXT is magical. Her Main Roster run has been pretty good to, despite being injured for some parts of it. Definitely one of the best women's wrestlers in the world right now."

[10.0] "personally, i think anyone who prefaces their take on Asuka by snorting, pushing up their glasses, and saying "well, she isn't the greatest joshi of all time in the ring..." is everything wrong with how people on the internet think about wrestling. obviously i'm biased in that Asuka is my favorite woman in wrestling of all time, but... i genuinely think she's generational. spectacular in the ring if you ask me and rich with intangibles (charisma is so important in wrestling, as much as people like to praise bland guys who are athletic, and charisma is even more important when you're presented to a largely english speaking audience and are not cutting english promos for them. she has that! ), i'll praise what the four horsewomen did for mainstream women's wrestling all day but in my book, no one has contributed quite as much as Asuka."

She can tell a really good story between the ropes, and even outside; honestly, you could book her in a tag match where she doesn't even get tagged in and she will still be super entertaining to watch. Suffers a bit of underutilization."

She's an average striker ( her stricking is very overrated) , she can do some submission moves and she's fast despite her age ( she does moves very fast but she executes them badly many times) . She is a good seller but her timing is poor and she suffers a lot when she wrestle against highflyers because when she has to receive an aerial move, her positioning is bad and is very dangerous for her rival. Another thing is her "charisma"...... is very forced, she just says things screamming and dancing everytime and it doesn't feel natural. Her character is the same since she arrived to the Main Roster, it doesn't matter if she is face or heel."

But I do believe that having her lose to Charlotte at Wrestlemania 34 was a very huge mistake for Vince to make. I dont think Carmella should have been champion in exchange for Asukas undefeated streak. After that loss, she purely became either a transitional champion, a comedy character or put into tag teams with either Kairi, Naomi or Alexa (though I do really like Kabuki Warriors but I think both should never have been reduced down to the tag team division when theyre so much better as singles competitors. But unfortunately, Asuka just isnt taken as seriously as she was when she was the dominant force in NXT and won the first ever womens Royal Rumble. She has that wonderful dynamic offered by Japanese wrestling, which she has managed to make accessible and mix with American wrestling. Her characters are powerful and impactful, her entrances and outfits are fabulous, her charisma is unequalled, her technique is perfect, her liveliness of movement and spirit is sensational, and every moment watching her is a joy. After a few years, Asuka's WWE record has finally grown a little, but we all agree that she deserved a thousand times better. She should have been at the top of the card throughout her career, having thrilling reigns worthy of her talent and unfortunately HHH wasn't in charge. Yet if that doesn't happpens, she is already a winner and a megastar for me. A GOAT in professional wrestling, the ever "Empress of Tomorrow". By the way, answering some of the questions down this comment section below, most of us her fans love her because she genuinely showed her love for professional wrestling, dude she even wrestle at Backlash France while being injured, any other wrestler would have relinquished the title and make her opponents and her partner look bad or made the match cut off from the card, but she didn't. Something more? She is a lovely person to her supporters, has anyone else seen that video in which she enters to a wrestling restaurant in Japan and the owner of it cries looking at her while Asuka comforts her and even signs her stuff?
