[7.0] "Surprised at the low rating! Chilly was great in 2000 ECW - he was one of ECW's more who's-that-again characters from the promotion's final heyday around 2000-2001, real name William Jones. He wasn't a world champion or a main eventer, but he carved out his niche by being a reliable, gritty mid-card competitor who could get solid wins and survive the wild, hardcore ECW environment, including a flaming tables victory with Balls Mahoney against Da Baldies at November to Remember and paying his dues on the undercard."

[4.0] "Chilly Willy's most prominent run was in late-era ECW in 2000-01. He seemed like a good prospect, with good physical charisma, some decent moves, legitimacy as a participant of toughman competitions, and an easy-to-root-for babyface gimmick as "Everybody's Homeboy" (being announced as hailing from whatever town the current show was being held in). After 9/11 he put his wrestling career on hold to join the US Army and received the Purple Heart and Bronze Star. He returned to the ring and had a short run as a WWE developmental prospect, but it never panned out and he spent most of the remainder of his career on the North Carolina indy circuit, before largely retiring in 2009 to become a trainer at an MMA school (though he has occasionally returned to the ring in the 2010s)."

[4.0] "Does anyone really know how a stupid character gimmick like Chilly Willy got into the ECW arena and more importantly how they didn't kick him out? No me either but that being said I thought he was charismatic but hoenstly he really didn't do anything memorable in his run unfortunately."
