And couldn't shut up about it. There's only so long you can gnash your teeth before you just give in to the truth and laugh. PS- He totally carried Matt Cardona. That was a high pressure match, with some heavy lifting and he and Matt were in thrown in the deep end of the pool. His physicality and the crowds reactions to you both, landed it. I think they have the same sense of humor and will be magic together. F me Matt. You may be in heaven for yourself but I'm terrified for you. |

I compare him to Jey Uso: he's very likable, but he won't get respect until he greatly improves in the ring. UPDATE: Bumped Trick from 7 to 8 because he's crushing it right now as a heel. His in-ring has improved massively over the last year and he carries himself like a young Rock. Excited to see how far he can go on main roster, he now has the total package of skills. |

His run as TNA champion has been very criticized, specially when you consider the politics of the TNA/NXT collaboration, but I think Trick has shown that he can be both a face of a brand and a "cool" heel and still manage to connect with the audience. His initial rise as a singles stars is a perfect example of what he is. He got over organically and showed lots of charisma, but when it came to the actual matches between him and Carmelo Hayes, pretty much all of them felt underwhelming. |

If he's in the ring with other great superstars, (Fatal 4-Way at Heatwave for example) then it can be a pretty good match, but if he's in the ring with someone who isn't that good, then it'll show in the match. Trick will be one of the top guys, not because he can wrestle, but because he's popular with the crowd. |
