Anyone can get over in a singular match by having a 50/50 with an established legend and using copious amounts of blood, but the actual work of building after that was not up to wheeler. Some of the blandest promos that i may have ever heard have come from this guys mouth. His recent attempts to look "badass" are as hilarious as cringe inducing in an already bad Death Riders gimmick. He needs to have a gimmick change and maybe a good manager. But honestly hes made it in a prominent role in a major company and Danielson sees something in him. I can be facetious and give him a 0 or 2 but I feel 4 is the minimum anyone in a major company deserves despite how much they may not fit our personal tastes. |

I don't understand why people feel he's boring other than his promos not being incredibly strong, but in Death Riders he doesn't have to be a great talker on his own. He has heel psychology down well and he's constantly ruining matches via interference, making him a heat magnet. The crowd loves to boo him when he enters the ring. I personally like his look but agree that he could have a better physique. He's just barely more intimidating looking than Spike Dudley. |
