[6.0] "Going by the comments, clearly a lot of people have confused this guy for the other Sin Cara, but to clarify for future reference: this one was the GOOD Sin Cara. (The one that WASN'T botching every move, failing wellness tests, and suffering dislocated fingers.) His run in the WWE saw him first get stuck with a secondhand gimmick people had already soured on, and then an arguably racially insensitive gimmick after that, so he wasn't exactly afforded a high ceiling on the grandest stage. But the occasional stray soda can to Simon Gotch's head notwithstanding, this guy did a fine job in the unenviable roles he was tasked with playing."

Whether working as Hunico, Sin Cara, or now Cinta de Oro, he's consistently shown agility and technical skill, even if he never quite broke through as a top-tier name. His time in WWE was a mixed bag--there were flashes of brilliance in matches, especially when he embraced his lucha roots, but inconsistent booking and character confusion held him back. Outside WWE, he's embraced his new identity with pride, carrying the Cinta de Oro legacy forward. Not a standout in terms of charisma, but definitely a seasoned and respected veteran in the ring."

Part of the largest attended Wrestlemania in history with the senton dragon bomb from the heavens. Cinta is a tough son of a gun with them fights he got into. But his good work tagging with the lucha dragons in NXT batting the Vaudevillians, BMF & the Ascension. Then the call up facing the USOs, the new day, Sheamus/Barrett & the prime time players. TLC 2015 was a magic three way Ladder match that Kalisto stole the show. Cinta did face Místico in a mask vs mask match, tagging out to La Mística. Overall a hack of a career, now he is the record breaking 3 time IOCW champion in his own promotion, never know who can climb to be on the podium."

[5.0] "A DECENT tag worker but was always the second best guy in the duo (apart from his very short lived tag team as Hunico but I try to forget that) and even with the physical talent of guys like Kalisto he always seemed effy. The Sin Cara gimmick was always cursed and the attempts to revive it with a more consistent but still middling wrestler really didn't do many favours. He can't emote with a mask on (or really off either) and his promos are next to impossible to understand let alone be believable. That being said he's a ok hand and can put on some relatively strong bouts when he's with someone who can carry him to a good match (his bouts with Andrade, for reference) but you could say that for a lot of guys who weren't particularly solid in ring. One extra point for his amazing spot performance at Wrestlemania 32."

[2.0] "Bad worker, real wrestlers don't stop a match over a broken finger and they don't botch over and over and over, he's known more for his botches and quiting matches than anything else, he was way overhyped and failed to live up to any expectations"

Hunico has moments of intrigue in the ring, but it's mostly overshadowed by the bum character. The fact that his face is so obscured is also a problem. With successful masked wrestlers, you can still see some of the face so the audience can read some emotion. Sin Cara does not have the luxury. Sin Cara was probably best as a member of the Lucha Dragons, but at this point, that feels lightyears in the past."

He could've stayed in the WWE if he didn't injure his poor little finger. Hunico is a much better Sin Cara and I hope he gets more opportunities to be a champion on either 205 Live or maybe a singles run on SmackDown Live."

Also his promos are unbearable since its muffled under his mask. The sooner this character gets off our screens the better"

AMHTP wrote on 21.06.2016:
[6.0] "The second Sin Cara has certainly had fewer troubles adjusting to WWE than the first. He has good agility and an impressive arsenal of moves, and while he does botch a fair amount, it's nothing compared to his predecessor. Sin Cara is also a better power wrestler than people give him credit for; he definitely fills his role as the more grounded member of the Lucha Dragons while Kalisto sticks to his acrobatics. That said, he's not terribly charismatic, and he still gets sloppy with enough frequency to be noticeable. Even behind a mask, it's more than possible to project a personality -- ask anyone in Lucha Underground or AAA. Sadly, that just isn't Sin Cara's forte."

He has amazing acrobatic skills and is actually pretty strong. He needs to reform the Lucha Dragons but for now hopefully he will have a good singles carrier."
