[6.0] "Ricky Steamboat Jr. is seriously a "what could've been" case in wrestling. The guy really did have it all, he obviously needed some more experience in-ring and character wise, but man he was truly equipped with all the talent in the world. His career was just cut too short, and I sometimes think about what could've happened to him in wrestling. He definitely would've been Intercontinental Champion that's for sure, and somebody WWE would've pushed as an upper card talent."

[6.0] "What could have been. Richie Steamboat had a lot to live up to, and had a promising career in FCW. His career was cut short due to injuries. I'd give his match with Cesaro a watch though."

It hurts him that he got injured when he was showing what he was capable of."

Looking back, boy was I wrong. Injuries happened to be the thing that ended his career before it ever got off the ground."

[5.0] "Bo Dallas had luck, Richie Steamboat didn't. But both of them were in a similar situation: both were good workers with decent in-ring skills but they didn't show much charisma and mic skills as well as a gimmick to back them up. Bo Dallas has recently received his opportunity after improving in those aspects but Steamboat got released before he could do so. If he improves in this aspect I think he has the tools to become a decent wrestler. I can't see him as a star in the making though."

[6.0] "Richie Steamboat is a decent wrestler, however, his wrestling style is too similar to that of the 80s. He moves well, but he isn't much of a high flyer though he is labelled a high flyer."
