But both of them were in a similar situation: both were good workers with decent in-ring skills but they didn't show much charisma and mic skills as well as a gimmick to back them up. Bo Dallas has recently received his opportunity after improving in those aspects but Steamboat got released before he could do so. If he improves in this aspect I think he has the tools to become a decent wrestler. I can't see him as a star in the making though. |

Both men gave everything they had in their arsenal. Big move after big move after big move. And it was not only an amazing match but it was an amazing fight and even though it was a time limit draw with neither men winning any fall whatsoever, it doesn't matter. They had one of the best matches I've seen in FCW in quite some time. I have to give Tito Colon his props but in my opinion Richie Steamboat won the fight. This guy was more impressive and was more dominant in the ring. Not only that, but months after that match, he did very well in the FCW 15 Jack Brisco Classic tournament in the two 15 minute iron man matches he had with Hunico and Tyler Black. So after seeing those matches, I'm very sure that after Richie Steamboat gets called up to WWE, he will put on great matches in WWE that people will remember for years to come! |
