[4.0] "I don't get the hype behind Rocky Romero, I haven't seen his best matches, but I have seen some of his matches and even then, I don't get the hype. He just seems like a basic heel who's decent in the ring but lacks certain parts to make fans care for him."

[9.0] "Don't know a great deal about Rocky Romero, having only watched a couple matches, but so far I've been incredibly impressed by what I've seen. Looks very decent in the ring and a good hand overall. I'll check out some more of his stuff and see if the rating averages out but this is a pretty good start"

As a wrestler in the ring he's such a jack of all trades! able to be a up-beat and crowd-loving star or a cocky and arrogant heel; he's experience comes in handy and can pull of stellar work just look at his catalog either it be single matches, tag teams, and somebody who you can through in the title-picture to either boost whomever he's up against! Romero importance to the wrestling world will not go unnoticed."

He's great everywhere, a very reliable mid carder for New Japan for many years, and I absolute adore his work as an annoying heel in Mexico, he plays the cocky american character incredibly well, it's always a must-watch. Rocky is also a super important guy in modern wrestling, with connections everywhere, a central figure at AEW, NJPW, CMLL and the relationship between them all. He seems like a guy I would love to spend hours talking about the business."

Very well skilled, done more miles on his clock than anyone else in his day. He is a legend in NJPW, a veteran that could have somewhat a run in AEW, MLW standout, guy who can pop up in TNA from time to time, ROH name since 2003, i mean he been everywhere, he loves plugging his merch and keep the lovin peace in the community. Also fans love bringing signs for him, Hook, Jacob Fatu, Darby, O.C & his partner in Ryusuke Taguchi. And one of the best tag specialists with likes of Havanna Pitbulls, Forever Hooligans, Roppongi Vice and Best Amigos. ¡Azucar!"

One is the bland low-to-midcard babyface wrestler NJPW has used for years, the other is the incredible heel that fought Tiger Mask IV and is now part of CMLL's 2023 resurgence. His work with Volador Jr. and the new Mascara Dorada has been nothing short of phenomenal: even the press conferences are absolute must-watch."

[9.0] "Rocky is a great wrestler. His in ring style is good with very good technical abilities and the high flying abilities expected of someone his size. In tag teams he has been great whether it was Roppongi Vice, Forever Hooligans or Havanna Pitbulls. He has good charisma and mic abilities and when solo he can deliver well as seen in his feud with Volador Jr."

[7.0] "Rocky is deceiving with his upbeat and often goofy persona, since there's actually a very good worker behind all that. In his early days he did a great job playing a straight "shooter" with a more strict striking-and-grappling approach. Not only was his technique on point, but he came across well with his 'cold' expressions, making him feel like a little killer. He's obviously massively lightened up since his earlier days, now featuring a lot more high-flying spots plus some more comedic-based spots (which thankfully always maintained a good sense of realism). He's now at the point where he's incredibly endearing for how positive he is while still showing off convincing offence. He's primarily become known for his strong tag-team performances, but he's also proven to be a very good singles wrestler when given the chance to show that. He may not be any sort of totally great wrestler, but he's thoroughly enjoyable to watch."

[8.0] "Romero is good for his weight class. His in-ring skills are decent, is much better as a Tag Team wrestler, is good as a manager, as well as a commentator. Edit: My original rating for Romero was a 6, but I must change it to an 8. His in-ring skills are certainly much better, and his most recent NJPW stint shows that he can still run with the best."

[8.0] "Romero is a veritable legend of NJPW's Junior Heavyweight Tag scene at this point and his current run in BoSJ is definitely showing that he can absolutely still go."

[7.0] "A charismatic junior heavyweight with a strong technical game, Romero has had a good amount of success in the US, Mexico and Japan. Though he's had his share of singles accolades, including the IWGP Junior Heavyweight Title and CMLL World Super Lightweight Title, he is at his best as a tag team wrestler. A mainstay of the Ring of Honor's tag division for over a decade, he's won gold with a multitude of partners including Ricky Reyes (as the Havana Pitbulls), Davey Richards (as part of the No Remorse Corps) and Alex Koslov (as Forever Hooligans), while also winning titles in NJPW and CMLL. After Alex Koslov went on hiatus in early 2015, Romero began building yet another tag team legacy with Beretta as Roppongi Vice, which has already enjoyed featured roles on both sides of the Pacific. Romero's legacy will likely see him remembered as one of the most reliable independent tag wrestlers of the 2000s and 2010s."

[3.0] "Honestly, i've never been a fan of Rocky Romero. His style is good but I never saw charisma or a character in him. I'm not a fan of Ropongi Vice. I did like Forever Hooligans until Alex Koslov retired I guess."
