Yuka Sakazaki was very strong during this period as well, with a typically great offensive showing, and a really strong job selling what was just a tough-paced ending. Despite that, coming in at 6:11 the stutters in the pacing and the occasional odd spot become glaring issues, and undersell what could've been a fun, high-stakes matchup (as we see with the post-match), 5/10. |

Yuka didn't waste any time getting the match underway, springboarding herself onto Mariah May as she was on the outside of the ring. There were some pretty hard slaps being exchanged between these two during the match, which I liked to see. A brutal looking piledriver from Mariah to Yuka sealed the victory for the champion, I would not have wanted to be in Yuka's shoes with that one. I can't really say much more about this one to be honest. |

I like Yuka and I'm glad she got a chance to show out, though we know she is capable of more. Mariah has been a very strong character since her turn and she also worked well here. The build to this match wasn't particularly strong but I was looking forward to seeing it and it delivered decently well. |
