703.06.2025Jukeboksi8.0Let's see which Mone we get today, Hayter doesn't strike me as much but let's watch a bit. I like the grappling and the way Hayter's making Mone look good. Once the bigger shots start coming out and the pace starts to wind up it is getting very enjoyable, because they go the distance to build the foundation in the match for the stronger moves to make sense and have substance. Hayter slipping on the stairjump Lariat took some wind off the sails unfortunately. The counters and big slams work well and the crowd is reacting nicely, this was great, I liked it! ***1/4 Solid strikes, solid heat, good Tag structure, lots of moves you rarely see, just plenty of moments that make you smile and point at the screen in surprise. And then the bald FTR guy shoves Nigel aside so he can Lariat his own partner. Yeah, it was because Nigel forgot to dodge, but come on. Then the spot with Schiavone makes me happy again. The big moments keep on rolling and I find myself enjoying this one as well ***1/4 Change of pace with the brawling and teasing the stretcher, great SSP off the apron. I can't believe how willing to take floor bumps Briscoe is. Ricochet pushes the table back under the ring LMAO. Now that's heel heat! This is entertaining and ECW-style and paced excellently. Uhh, except Briscoe blades before his face is hit in the steel. You can't work it like that. it's not a shortcut you should take. Well, the energy is still great and the blood brings more drama. The table makes a comeback! This really goes the distance with brutal visuals, it can get excessive, another great one, this event is hot so far ***1/2 MJF as a sidekick is hilarious. I love how much personality there is with a lot of the AEW content. This is good action but clearly overshadowed by the previous bouts. They do the WWE-style barricade Spear, which is lame even if it did look great **3/4 Speedball gets all his shit in here while playing the plucky underdog. Okada is himself, he works well with most wrestlers and makes Bailey look good, but his own offense bores me now. Nothing offensive here **3/4 Crowd is involved nicely, good grappling to start with. I don't like Luthor interfering but it leads to some innovative spots, and also it's not a WCW-style match-defining interference. Unfortunately they couldn't hold my interest, the action is just fine and they were given time to build a fair match **3/4 I LOVE this Bucks entrance! Split-screen action! Try to keep up? ! Uhh, the music's still playing guys? Now it's a dance party? Ofc New Jack and ECW used to do this music playing while the action is going, but mostly it's such an indy thing to do, it's like a music video. Claudio interrupting the music is amazing. Ok, this is entertaining, the Bucks double team Omega thru a table in a fresh, new way. I think this is a match you can enjoy several times, the crowd is hot throughout, Rick Knox is the perfect ref for the job, the more it goes on the more into it I am getting, the surprises just keep on coming, the camera shots feel timeless ****1/2 Understandably the crowd is burned out after that one, but I'm also liking the build of this card, have a breather before the ultimate main event of the night. Not to slight on these six, I like all of 'em. The action here is good, close to really good, even if it feels like a TV main event, the post-match is real fun again *** Start it nice and slow. There's a lot of great spots and moves, some nice counters, the camera angles are really good again. The announce table botch and the following Buckshot is stupid. I can't deny the crowd involvement and I mean it's a solid match but yeah, something's just missing ***1/2 Overall another great AEW PPV that gave you your money's worth and more. Nothing here is bad, maybe it would behove them to shave off some minutes off some matches but this way they make sure fans get what they're looking for. I wouldn't say the Anarchy is a MOTY contender, it's just so refreshingly crazy and well-produced.

1402.06.2025scenicryan9.0So damn good. Definitely going to be one people will remember for a long time. -1 point just because a couple matches, while good didn't have the same PPV feel. Also would love to see more than 2 women's matches on the card (I loved they put willow and marina in AITA as well)! Other than that top tier show and I can definitely see myself revisiting this ppv very often LOL.

1601.06.2025travis80710.0The perfect PPV. Hangman vs Ospreay was so gripping. I haven't been that on the hook for a match since Hangman & Omega vs Young Bucks at Revolution 2020. Probably the best or tied for the best Anarchy In The Arena match. The opener between Mercedes & Hayter was incredible. Stretcher match was awesome. Toni vs Mina, even though it was predictable, had more drama than it had any right to have. Even the pacing of this PPV if you're going to watch it from end-to-end, having that trios match as a cooldown between AITA and the main event made it easier to take everything in.

2001.06.2025simonegiallini7.0An excellent PPV that in my opinion had two matches too many and because of the too many matches on the card it inevitably experienced ups and downs. The 3vs3 between Paragon and Don Callis really didn't need to be included, and in fact the crowd was dead, especially considering it took place after the anarchy in the arena.

2301.06.2025Oswuold10.0Absolutely outstanding PPV. Even though one match could have just been TV main-event everything else worked and every and every storyline felt important. And then the last 90 minutes featured two matches in my top 5 MOTYCs list worldwide. Just slightly less historical than Revolution. *****

2501.06.202525ChopsofDeath10.0A very very strong PPV for AEW. I think Revolution is still my favorite of the year, but this one was almost flawless. I especially love how the show ended with a powerful main event. Mox's defenses at World's End, Revolution, and Dynasty were lackluster at best. Also the Owen Cup opening the show was a great touch. And this was without a doubt the best Anarchy in the Arena match since they debuted the concept.

3431.05.2025EmoForkliftDriver7.0While some matched didn't live up to expectations and admittedly these AEW shows are still way overbooked, this has got to be one of the most fun shows I've seen in a minute. There was literally something for everyone on this card and while that's not the most consistent thing in the word it does give you a buffet of what modern day wrestling has to offer

3731.05.2025Marcel290110.0My favorite show of this year so far. Incredible spots, incredible wrestling from both men and women and a very well structured card. The three tag/trios matches didn't really hook me, but even those still fall into the solid to good category for me. Add in three legitimate MOTY contenders in Mone/Hayter, Anarchy in the Arena and Page/Ospreay and you can't help but give it a 10.

4630.05.2025Ashspringer2210.0AEW continues to put on all time great PPVs. This show was no exception being as close as you can get to perfect. I'm giving 10/10 because just like with movies, there are 10/10s (that doesn't mean every single detail was perfect). There wasn't anything actively bad on this show and it included two instant classic matches for me. The placement of the matches did this show wonders as well. I won't be forgetting about this card any time soon!

5130.05.2025Sicario7.0The final score is result of average scores for every match on this card. Honestly the potential it show had was 10/10 but too many not needed and not importnat matches on PPV, it obviously went for too long and some storytelling factors were hugely missed here. While Im a bit dissapointed DoN delivered some classics like both Owens finals and Anarchy and overall it was beautifull show of wrestling.

6829.05.2025mathvrdr10.0By far the best PPV of 2025 for me. All the matches delivered, the main even is an absolute five star, the crowd was totally electric and the production team put in the efforts to greatly produce this show. The only flaw is that, as often with AEW, this show was quite time consuming. 4H30 of non-stop wrestling is a bit too long. Appart from that, a nearly perfect even for me.

7029.05.2025goldendolphen9.0going into this show i was really excited about it really looking forward to it. several days removed it's without a doubt one of the best aew ppvs ever. truly amazing wrestling. the only things that keep this away from being a perfect 10 in my eyes was the placement of the 6 man tag after anarchy in the arena. what was that about? such a set up. to go from anarchy straight to the mens owen final wouldve been godly i wouldve ascended. also a better opponent for the hurt syndicate. "sons of texas" ok man. another great aew ppv without jericho as well can we keep this trend going please?

7429.05.2025jayspace0110.0Way too damn long. Should have cut FTR vs Garcia/McGuiness and Paragon vs Don Callis Family. Both of those matches could have shined as main events on Dynamite or Collision. I would rate lower but the Owen Heart Finals, Ricochet v Briscoe, and Anarchy in the Arena matches were all just so phenomenal. If AEW are going to keep these events so long, they need to start two hours earlier.
7529.05.2025vincexgraps10.0Front to back, I enjoyed all the matches, and it's not the type where I enjoy it because it's good, I enjoyed it because it was just really freaking fun. It was an experience like no other. I felt the stakes from the owen hart finals, and the Anarchy in the Arena? It's literally a dream come true for me. Kenny Omega wilding out to Bodies was just everything. Best show of the year so far for AEW. 10/10

7729.05.2025karios24RM10.0wow amazing incredible ppv... the start with the women's final owen cup tournament and end with the men's owen cup tournament it was definitely a right desicion... and the anarchy is just what AEW brings and no one compare

7929.05.2025RestlingThots 1) Great idea bookending the show with the finals of the Owen Hart tournament! Obviously, both matches lived up to the hype, but that's not the only thing they have in common - in both cases an unexpected contender (at least for me) came up on top. Thank God I'm not a betting man anymore, otherwise I would have lost a lot of money on Jamie and Ospreay. Especially considering Will being a heavy favorite with gambling companies; I don't remember such a discrepancy in the betting odds and the actual outcome in a long time. 2) The Stretcher Match exceeded my expectations. I'm so glad AEW became the place where Ricochet finally can fully display his talent and realize his potential. 3) The Tag Team Championship match made me so anxious about MJF costing the Hurt Syndicate their first title defense with him as their newest member at ringside. It would have made me feel so bad for him. It took me back to my school days, when I didn't want to screw anything up, but somehow kept screwing everything up anyway. In my mind, they told a great story both inside AND outside the ring in this one. 4) Honestly, I planned to skim through the Anarchy in the Arena match, but when Drowning Pool's "Bodies" hit the speakers, I shit you not, it became one of my coolest moments in pro-wrestling history. Of course, I could not miss a single beat of this song, and by the time the track was over (and what a way to stop the music it was! ), I was too invested into the match to continue skimming through. Every year we wonder how are they going to top the Anarchy in the Arena match next year, and every year they do it. That being said, I have no idea how are they going to top this insanity next year. 5) On paper, Paragon vs Josh Alexander / Takeshita / Fletchers looks like a dream match, but in reality it was just a filler - a breather, a toilet break match before the main event. 6) The main event really had this "big fight" feel. I don't even remember when the last time AEW was able to conjure up this magic in the air. It was truly a phenomenal battle with, as mentioned earlier, an unexpected outcome - for many Will Ospreay dethroning Jon Moxley at All In was a foregone conclusion, including me.

8129.05.2025LJAwesome 039.0Definitely a home run in terms of PPV for AEW! It started off well yet had me skeptical in terms of the result in the Owen Hart Women's Final and FTR vs. Garcia/Mcguiness being more storyline with solid in-ring offense. The Stretcher match definitely brought the energy up for me, I'm becoming a fan of Briscoe & Ricochet has found his groove being his annoying yet talent heel. The AEW Tag Team Title match was definitely the weaker match yet still had enjoyable moments for me in terms of seeing Sons of Texas. The Continental Title Match, Anarchy in the Area, & Owen Hart Men's Final were my MOTN as they provided so much entertainment and help certified my love for AEW as the alternative wrestling promotion! AEW Women's Title was good, I'm happy to see Mina Shirakawa apart of AEW and she fits in well, The Paragon vs. Don Callis Family while having little build and coming after Anarchy in the Area put on some good action with the superstars involved. A solid PPV that will definitely be remembered in the long run of AEW Career.

9129.05.2025ParkwayDriver7.0A show that had pieces that I enjoyed in the main event especially followed by the stretcher match. The opener and Bailey/Okada were both pretty good but both had foregone conclusions with the opener particularly overstating its welcome. AITA was more enjoyable than last year's but similarly overstayed its welcome. Some solid matches in-between with the tag title match and Paragon trios match both being more middling. It is a show that could have been paced more effectively and been improved. 6.5-7

Anarchy In The Arena war dann absolutes Cinema.
