[7.0] "I thought this was overall a really good show. The matches on this card were a little weak, but the show had a strong start and finish, and also had mostly really good segments. My favourite match of the show was FTR vs Top Flight; although Penta vs Komander was right behind it. There was a few matches I didn't fully care for on this show, but the main one was Claudio vs Butcher. PAC challenging Okada was really good. I liked Dustin challenging Joe and Joe's response later. Julia Hart and Daniel Garcia got good pre-tapes. I didn't care for Anthony Ogogo joining Shane Taylor Promotions. A solid late night Collision."
[4.0] "Really disappointing episode. There were few matches of any real interest to me here and the segments were weak. There was no story here that has really hooked me in. The quality of the wrestling is always decent enough, but on this episode it just wasn't enough. AEW feels a bit listless right now."
[7.0] "This was a run of the mill "bad" AEW show. Basically nothing happened after the opening match, the outcomes were predictable, but it was still a fun watch. We opened with a very good match from the Tag Team Tournament between FTR and Top Flight. PAC then continued his return from injury by squashing Encore Moore. Lion Hook took on Shane Taylor Productions to set up Lion Hook vs. Shane Taylor Productions next week. I feel like that feud isn't going anywhere. The House of Black took on the jobber squad of Christopher Daniels, Matt Sydel, and Bryan Keith in a surprisingly enjoyable match. Yuka Sakazaki returns with a good win over Trish Adora. we then get the "Dear God, Why? " Match of the Night as Claudio Castagnoli gets five minutes with the Butcher. It's better than it could have been, but anything else would still have been better. Even another Lion Hook promo. Finally, Alex Abrahantes brings us our Match of the Night, as Penta El Zero Miedo and Komander put on a lucha clinic."
[4.0] "Quite a below average show this week, but it makes sense not to go too crazy in light of stiff competition from the fed as well as the late timeslot. I don't think the crowd helped much either, but I couldn't really blame them. None of the matches really warranted any real excitement. I feel like if it were up to Tony, he probably would have just cancelled the show this week. As a result it basically became a nothing show that will end up being completely forgotten about in a month. **"
[6.0] "Another pretty average episode of Collision. The highlight of the show for me was seeing Yuka Sakazaki back on AEW TV, but there wasn't much else to get me invested. [MOTN: Komander vs. Penta El Zero Miedo]"
[7.0] "Because the show got pre-empted into the wee hours by various circumstances, this was never going to be a consequential episode, so Tony had two choices: go full "booking for sickos" mode, or put out a solid but uneventful two hours of wrestling. He went for the latter, much to my minor chagrin, but as I said, the action was solid."
[4.0] "This is the kind of episode which leaves you cold. I didn't love the main event but this show really needed something like that which was all action to save it from being really dull. A muted audience and weird timings throughout the night caused further issues. The opener was full of said timing issues. Moore appeared to roll too far away for Pac to hit his Black Arrow. The House of Black seriously lack momentum and won't get it by going up against Danielson and co. Yuka became somewhat of a tiny powerhouse in TJPW but I can see her having to rely more on the aerial stuff against the bigger women in AEW for her return. I don't think I remember a single thing from Claudio vs The Butcher. A two-hour Rampage episode dominated by jobbers and those a step or two above them in the current hierarchy. It's interesting that they're teasing backstage footage from Wembley last year but if it was THE footage, I'd have to imagine they'd be more specific. If you ask yourself which would be likely to draw more viewers - a promise of the actual Punk footage or a vague reference to "backstage at Wembley", which really could be anything, it's the former by a margin so large it would be a gigantic mistake not to advertise it as such. Hopefully it's an entertaining angle at the very least."
[7.0] "This was a really fun show. The matches were a lot more mid-card than you might normally get on a Collision, but that's not surprising on a show that was airing mostly after midnight on WrestleMania weekend. What we did get however, was a fantastically structured episode of television wrestling. More than an hours worth of mostly good, one great (Penta x Komander), and one bad (Sakazaki x Adora) matches. In between, there were a lot of interviews and promos on the show. Good variety in there as well, with very professional sports style interviews with Danielson and Osprey, a moody monologue with Dustin, spooky bollocks from the goth dorks, and standard backstage interviews with Lexi. This is how you do talking in wrestling: 30-90 seconds, looking into a camera, talking about your goals in the sport or an upcoming match."
[8.0] "This was a fun episode of Collision. Opener was great fun, Pac looks like an absolute beast heading into a rivalry against Okada, HoB setting up multiple rivalries, notably Malakai vs. Copeland, Yuka coming back (albeit in a slow match), and that main event was fantastic. I'd rather have less Jericho on my screen, but the actual match wasn't too bad to watch."
[7.0] "Given its time slot this week, this one was for the freaks. Catered to a nice of which I am a part. Komander and Penta was MOTN, but I also really liked FTR/Top Flight and the Trios match."
[9.0] "Incredible episode of Collision, very fun to watch and the 2 hours flew by outside of the Claudio/Butcher match that felt pointless and didn't need to be on the card everything else delivered especially the opener and the amazing main event"
[4.0] "The most inconsequential episode of Collision since the show's formation, although I don't blame AEW in this case. The show was preempted due to basketball and didn't air on TNT until the middle of the night, meaning it will likely be the least-viewed episode of Collision this year. Given these circumstances, it's not surprising the booking treated this episode as an afterthought. This episode was taped right after Dynamite on Wednesday as well, so the crowd was quiet for most of it. There was nothing bad here, but nothing worth going out of your way for. The main event, Penta vs. Komander, was the strongest showing here and the only thing about the show I'd recommend. The rest felt like filler."
