Das Junior Tag Title Match und auch das Three Way um den Junior Title waren wohl die größeren Highlights. Ebenfalls ganz nett waren das Six Man mit Nagata und Suzuki, denen man den gegenseitigen Respekt immer anmerkt, und das Six Man Tag Title Match. In diesem war besonders der Headbutt von Ishii krass, der Josh Alexander den Kopfschutz vom Kopf schlägt. Finlay gegen Tonga hat nichts mit mir gemacht, vor allem auch weil ich mittlerweile gar nicht mehr durchsehe, wer hier alles welchen Titel hält. Richtig furchtbar war das Main Event. Lange schon haben wir ein Main Event bei NJPW nicht mehr so kolossal abkacken sehen. Es brachte Erinnerungen zurück an EVILs entsetzlichen Title Run im Jahr 2020, der geprägt von viel zu langen und langsamen Matches ohne jegliche Spannung und nur mit irgendwelchem Heel Bullshit vom House of Torture. Da tut es mir für Keiji Muto Leid, dass er dafür als Gast-Kommentator geholt wurde. |

There are some other solid bouts as well - War Dogs vs Jet Setters, Tonga vs Finlay, the STRONG Tag Title and Wato/Umino/Nagata vs Strong Style were all decent enough. But the SANADA vs EVIL main event, while certainly not horrible, was a bit on the dull side and dragged way too long, and through much of the card - the first half especially - it was hard to shake a feeling of the company "going through the motions." |

The first four matchs are forgotten not to mention the Tanga Loa vs Owens which was an unnamed purge that has nothing to do on a PPV card. We must wait for the BC vs Intergalactic Jet Setters to have good wrestling. It goes on pretty well even if nothing very memorable despite an excellent CHAOS vs The Motor City Machine Guns and Josh Alexander. The triple threat for the IWGP Junior Heavyweight Title was not bad but too long for what there is to keep (hoping that Taiji resumes his title). And the main event is a huge purge impossible to watch with so little in ring and so much unnecessary overbooking. |

Das Dark Match wirkte ziemlich random, ich fand es aber ganz nett anderen Ligen hier diese kleine Plattform zu geben. Der Opener mit der Rückkehr von Yuya Uemura war ganz nett, ich freue mich sehr, dass Yuya zurpck ist und ich hoffe, dass man Pläne für ihn hat. Tanga Loa vs. Chase Owens war grauenvoll und das schlechteste Match der Show. Dieses Match hat keinerlei Berechtigung auf der Card zu sein, Loa ist in Singles Matches nicht zu gebrauchen und Owens strahlt einfach gar nichts aus. LIJ vs. Empire war solide, IWGP Jr. Tag Title Match ganz net, ebenso das Finale der best of 7 series. GOD vs. BC war auch in Ordnung aber bis hierhin nichts wirklich sehenswertes bei der Show, was die Matches angeht. Chaos vs. Impact ist mein MOTN, denn das war richtig gut. Die Impact Guys bringen frischen Wind auf diese Card und vor allem Josh Alexander sah ziemlich gut aus, ähnlich wie Claudio bei Dominion. Tama Tonga vs. Finlay bisschen zu lang, sodass die derzeitigen 6, 5 Punkte gut passen. Muss man nicht sehen, kann man aber. Der Co Mainer war auch ganz nett und der Main Event eine ziemliche Qual. Viel zu lang, viel zu viel Bullshit, zu viele Ref Bumps, es war schon ziemlich schrecklich, wenn man ehrlich ist. Wollte eigentlich 6 Punkte geben aber während ich die Bewertung schreibe, halte ich 5 dann eher für angemessen. Empfehlen würde ich nur das Openweight 6 Man Tag Match. |

Mein Match of The Night war Okada, Ishii und Tanahashi gegen das Impact Team. Sehr cooles Match. Gibt mir Ishii vs Josh Alexander bitte! Die MCMG's in der World Tag League wäre auch nicht schlecht. Finlay gegen Tama Tonga war besser als erwartet. Das Junior Heavyweight Title Match fand ich gut, habe aber das Gefühl die drei könnten ein noch besseres Match haben. Gut das Yuya Uemura zurück ist. Mit Uemura, Umino, Narita und den Young Lions sieht die Zukunft für New Japan ganz gut aus. |
