[5.0] "pretty generic guy who may be released at this point since he hasn't been booked for a minute so let's see how his run was- look at the first three words. No he really was like that, i don't really now anybody more than simplicity than this guy. His NOAH run left a lot to be desired as his run wasn't as great as Tavion."

[4.0] "I can't really get behind him, He really just feels like a generic big guy. He gets no reaction from the crowd or anything. HOWEVER, i will say that the match that he had with Dijak and Oba Femi was amazing, but thats really the only reason he's getting a 4."

[3.0] "Josh Briggs comes out as incredibly generic and bland to me. I've seen good matches from him (That would be stand and deliver 2024) and I'll give him credit for these performances, but that isn't the case on an average basis. He can't cut a promo, has zero type of charisma or connection to the crowd, and feels incredibly bland in the ring. He's been doing the same character in NXT for 3 years now and it's not working. At some point you do have to ask if creative is the issue."

[3.0] "Really not a fan of Josh Briggs in NXT, unfortunately. It's weird, because he's a 6'8" giant but doesn't feel nearly as imposing as guys who are shorter than him. His character work, in-ring work, and mic work sadly don't do it for me. Despite being a decade-long wrestler, he doesn't really feel like a veteran presence in NXT."

[5.0] "Guy has some sort of look, but the major issue is he's very sloppy in the ring. Needs a lot more time training before I can se him accomplish anything big in his career. There is potential while teaming with Yoshi but as of right now, I don't see anything out of him."

[7.0] "I'm really enjoy Briggs, only familiar with his work in NXT this year but he's a really solid big guy in the ring, his promo work is improving, I'm enjoying a lot of his interactions with Inamura and some of his recent promos have been very solid. The tag work has helped him a lot as he does seem to get gassed quickly which causes his performance to drop, so this protects him from that and lets us see him at his best more often than not. Hope he keeps improving."

[0.0] "Bad in ring, can't cut a promo, he tries to be something he is not. Also, can't forget to mention he is a pedophile, which for some reason is not talked about at all. The fact I have to right 750 characters to explain why this guy is horrible both in and out of the ring is a little disappointing. He's a big man wrestler who can't actually wrestle like a big man, but also isn't athletic enough to pull off the other style some big guys can. He's always the worst guy in his tag teams. This guy had to delete his twitter cause he got caught texting a 13 year old AND NOBODY TALKS ABOUT IT. Fuck Josh Briggs and fuck anyone who defends this man. Get him off my TV screen, I have no interest in seeing him. Disgusting human and a dogshit wrestler. Easy 0"

[7.0] "I think Josh Briggs is a good hand but was largely overshadowed in his early NXT run by Fallon Henley's rising star and then became directionless when they decided to break up the faction. If not for his NOAH excursion in August 2024, and if not for his age, I think he woud've been released along with Duke Hudson and Dijak (only because if they didn't know what to do with THOSE big men, Briggs shouldn't have even had a chance). But the NOAH excursion really gave him a new attitude and his chemistry with Inamura is unmistakable, so I hope it's enough to give the powers that be a reason to keep pushing Briggs."

[4.0] "Nothing much to say, good or bad. I just haven't really vibed or connected with anything he's really done in wwe."

[0.0] "I watched some of his match in NXT and the N-1 Victory and all I can say about him is that he sucks, he is clumsy and hurt some of NOAH's big talents, he doesn't do anything that moves me in the ring. I truly can't stand this guy. I don't even know how many wrestlers went in japan and It didn't change anything but he is in that list. The only thing this guy has done is suck the momentum of the Stars that were in it. He doesn't have any charisma and It's painful looking because he is just that much blend. I truly hope I never get to see him wrestle again or that the NXT system will make him make miraculous progress (which I don't think would happen) because he just pisses me off. Truly one of the wrestlers I hate the most and I haven't talked about the allegation this guy has on him."

[6.0] "Wasnt a fan of Broiggs and Jensen but I thought Briggs would be better as a solo. I was wrong, and he's kinda boring and generic on his own. There is no character at all just another athletic big man."

[6.0] "He's solid in the ring but just boring. He was definitely way more interesting with Jensen & Henley."

[1.0] "Josh Briggs overall is forgettable and boring in-ring. I can only think of two match that stood out and that was the triple threat at Stand and Deliver and the Iron Survivor match at Deadline, beyond that most of his work sucks. You would think he would get more interesting over time, but that hasn't been the case even after having the NOAH opportunity and flopping with that. His character work is also bland and boring offering nothing of interest. Id like to think that we'll see less of Briggs in the future, but given the fact they're giving him opportunities like N-1 I doubt that'll be the case unfortunately."

[2.0] "God Josh Briggs is just so boring. I am basing this score on his NOAH run in 2024, and it was dire. He acted as basically a blight on the N-1 and gave boring performance after boring performance, ending with him going over Inamura in a shockingly stupid decision in a contender for worst match for Inamura across his career. A really bland heel, I am excited to not have to see Josh Briggs on my screen anymore. He also potentially injured Kotoge early on and his out of the ring controversies are really dire if true."

[8.0] "I had given Briggs an 8 in 2019. He was fun on the indie scene, he had a good look with the beard and the long hair and he was also having fun matches. Now in wwe he has gained weight, has weird short spiked hair, cut the beard and has been portrayed as a jobber essentially. Keeping the 8, but I hope that he gets released and goes to aew, where he will probably be used differently. 2023 Edit 8 again"

[5.0] "Huh, I'm actually surprised that nobody has given this guy a 5 yet. Anyway, Josh Briggs is a big guy who's unremarkable in the ring. At best, he's just decent. You'll never see him deliver a banger in singles matches. However, Josh Briggs and Brooks Jensen are better off as a tag team since the whole is easily greater than the sum of their single parts. I'd give both men a 6 as a duo since I've seen them compete in multiple good tag team matches."

[6.0] "Definitely the better of the duo, but fairly underwhelming. I think he has some potential, but I'm afraid Jensen will hold him back"

[0.0] "Another bland and boring Evolve guy just like Austin Theory, He's big but he's not intimidating and he doesn't have ANY charisma, he's awful on the mic. So if you're bad at talking and can't get any enthusiasm out of me from your workrate then you're just a poor wrestler."

[7.0] "Really good big guy who is certainly gonna be a major player in years to come. His performances are not always on point, and he has the occasional lackluster match, but he looks great and can bring it."

[6.0] "He is good but still young. Saw him two times and was an okay fighter. He plays the heel very well. Popular in the New England region. He has had exposure in Ontario and Quebec. Hopefully more exposure in other places. He has had matches with Rob Van Dam and Nick Gage. At 6"8 he can work but his moves are decent."

[8.0] "Briggs has the size, the look, and the ability. He is an overall stud. He's almost a sure thing for becoming a big star on the indys and one day in the WWE."

[8.0] "Josh Briggs is a good upcoming wrestler that work very hard in independent scene. He has favorable size that can bring resilient when he wrestle. He is quite agile and good powerhouse. Josh have a multiple good match in Evolve and Beyond especially when he wreslte with big guy. He has potential to become the next superstar and I hope he can develop more to reach his true potential."
