Rey Mysterio: "Yo, last month I got jumped by Chris Jericho while he was wearing one of my own masks. But tonight, tonight, I got a little payback, oh yeah. And you know what? IT FELT GREAT! [Jubel] But it ain't over yet. My revenge is not finished. It's not over until I get back what's mine, the Intercontinental title. So I wanna issue a challenge to Chris Jericho for another title match at The Bash."

Rey Mysterio: "You gotta tell me something I already know? I know I lost. But y'know what? If it wasn't for your obsession of tryin' to take off my mask I would be standing right here as Intercontinental champion. You know it. I know it. And all these people here know it." [Jubel]

Chris Jericho: "These people here don't know anything, only... [laute Buhrufe] no! Nothing! Only I know what's best for all of them, and only I know what's best for you, Mysterio. Once.."

Rey Mysterio: "Do ya'?"

Chris Jericho: "Yeah! Once again, you don't understand, I'm trying to enrich your life. I'm trying to make you a better person. If you win the match, I'll hand you this title myself. But if you lose, you're going to unmask and reveal your true face, your true identity, expose yourself forever.
