"It boils down to just one word... Rematch!"

[Paul Heyman, Solo Sikoa and Undisputed WWE Universal Heavyweight Champion Roman Reigns are in the ring, the night after the latter's successful defence against Cody Rhodes, following interference by Rhodes]

Roman Reigns: "I guess... I guess after last night's performance we should probably do it like this tonight... Hollywood! Acknowledge me!" [the fans boo until Rhode's theme music hits. He walks down the rampway, looking (surprisingly) relaxed and happy, before entering the ring to stand face-to-face with The Bloodline]

Cody Rhodes: "I know what I wanna talk about... Today is turning out a lot differently than I anticipated-- than a lot of people might have anticipated. I thought I would be standing here Undisputed WWE Universal Champion... [Reigns turns to admire the belts, still in his possession, resting on Heyman's shoulders] Oh, I- I can see, I don't have 'em. I felt it. I'll acknowledge this: Last night, at WrestleMania 39, in the main event, you were the better competitor. [loud boos] Roman, I know we always have to do this with the world watching - that's one part of the job - but this [pointing to Solo Sikoa], over here, always being a factor? I wish it wasn't, because I KNOW, that YOU know, you've won a lot of matches where you skated by, narrowly defeated people, but you were the victor. Last night wasn't the case. Last night I had you. [Reigns shakes his head. The crowd chants 'Cody'] So I said I knew what I wanted to talk about. It boils down to just one word... [the crowd chants 'Rematch'] Rematch! [cheers. Crowd chants 'Yes'. Heyman politely asks Reigns for the microphone.]

Paul Heyman: "I... I was thinking, on behalf of 'The Tribal Chief', when exactly would you like this hypothetical rematch...?"

Cody Rhodes: "Tonight!" [cheers. Heyman speaks with Reigns who gives a subtle shake of the head 'no']

Paul Heyman: "No rematch. Not tonight, not in Puerto Rico, not at SummerSlam, not at Survivor Series, not at the Royal Rumble, not at Madison Square Garden, not in San Francisco - where life does exist in California - no, no, no, no, NO! That's what you call 'calling the shots' because you live on the 'Island of Relevancy'." [see Note 1]

Cody Rhodes: "You think I'm in a normal mood, Mr. Heyman? You think I'm in a normal mood, for your games here, this whole chicanery? You think I'm in a normal mood for that?! After everything I went through, my entire career, to get to last night, and for last night to happen to me, and while HE'S [pointing to Sikoa] standing here [turns to Reigns] and while YOU'RE standing in here let's just cut between it - let's read between the lines. You don't want to do a rematch here tonight? Is that the case?! You don't want to give them [the fans] what they want? You don't want to do that rematch, right here, right now?! I know exactly how tough you are, I know exactly, but it doesn't change what I'm about to say. If you don't want to do the rematch - last night I fought both of you [Reigns and Sikoa] essentially anyway - why don't we do a tag match? He's ready [Sikoa], you're ready, let's do something here and something now!"

Paul Heyman: "...Momentito, por favor ['A small moment please' - Reigns and Heyman engage in deep discussion, before reaching a conclusion] Mr. Rhodes - ladies and gentlemen of Los Angeles, California, Solo - I have been authorised to inform you; Number one, your challenge is accepted. Two parameters though. Number one; if, if, if someone in that locker room is so stupid as to be willing to team with you, it has to be someone who wrestled this past weekend at WrestleMania. And now you're going to realise how alone you are, because anyone who walks down that aisle, and agrees to team with you tonight against Roman Reigns and Solo will NEVER get another title match with Roman Reigns, as long as Roman Reigns is the Undisputed WWE Universal Heavyweight Champion." [Music start's playing... it's Brock Lesnar, and it looks like he's accepted the challenge. The match is set!]
