[4.0] "Both wrestlers were prominent figures in the Attitude Era as well as after the transition to the PG format, but when parsing their joint programs specifically, it wasn't very good. When Chris Jericho became champion, and quite convincingly at that, defeating two of the company's top stars in one night, it seemed like he would be a great champion that would update the main event picture a bit. But the confrontation with Triple H killed the momentum, he didn't seem like the face of the company at all, he was just a standard chiken heel walking Stephanie's dog, and their pairing overshadowed the World Champion in his own right. The story of DH and Jeri-Show's confrontation was also pretty forgettable. Anyway, I can't say it was entirely bad - they had a decent amount of good matches, including some truly masterpiece tag team classics, so I'd rate this position a compromise 4 points."

[1.0] "A rivalry that frequently halted Jericho's momentum, and usually made him look like a complete chump. They do have a couple good matches but I really can't forgive several instances of terrible booking. Especially grating in 2002. Poor Jericho didn't have much of chance, he got thrown into the meatgrinder."
