[7.0] "A decent enough rivalry if not slightly overrated.... perhaps I'd rate it higher with a watch of more of their indie stuff. I get why its iconic as it has flowed through both men's career and will do doubt resume again when Jonny G finally gets to AEW. Match quality just not varied or special enough to warrant scoring higher than 7 - perhaps Im being too harsh?"

They made really good, brutal, personal fights, and Ciampa as a heel was someone you really hated. He didn't need entrance music because the humming and whistling of fans were his music. My favorite rivalry with NXT by far."

[10.0] "Classic black and gold NXT. Guys from small basements came to a big company and conquered a million hearts. Back in the first round of the cruiserweight classic tournament, they showed that they have 5-star chemistry and a huge affection for each other. They have been on the same team for many years, and before the feud it was in NXT that they became big stars as a team, a phenomenal team that stole the show with their phenomenal matches. Later, Tommaso Ciampa betrayed Johnny because of a failure, and my favorite wrestling match really began! Tommaso Ciampa was hated, he went out to the hum of the crowd and he joined it perfectly. The fighters tried to put a lot of pressure on everything, on all the strings of the soul, not only with the matches of the year rated at 5+ stars, but also with speeches, facial expressions and frenzied love for each other even through anger. The case when their confrontation happened at the right time, then really such professionals were given to express themselves to the fullest, without limiting themselves to anything. Tommaso Ciampa even tried to put pressure on Johnny's wife and all his entourage. In short, it was my time when I really ran to TV like a child and waited for them to appear, later the roles were already changing, friends reconciled again, quarreled again, Johnny Gargano tried on the image of the villain, they were also different champions in parallel. They truly defined the NXT era of that time. I advise you to get acquainted with their matches - you will definitely be very delighted!"

[7.0] "I first saw these guys at Mystery Vortex 3 and they had a good match, then WWE signed and they had their Cruiserweight Classic match which was really good. They became a team, won the belts, and then Ciampa had one of the most memorable heel turns since Prince Devitt turning on Ryusuke Taguchi to form the Bullet Club. And then Ciampa was hurt but then he came back and him and Gargano had a great Unsanctioned Match that was a bit long, then they had a Hardcore Match in Chicago which was creative but also still a bit long, then they had a Last Man Standing match which was fine but honestly didn't really need to happen at that point. Then Gargano got hurt and then he came back and turned heel! He sided with his old friend BUT IT WAS A RUSE! Gargano's still a good guy and then they don't have their match because Ciampa got hurt, so Adam Cole takes his place instead and Gargano wins the NXT title off a wrestler he never feuded before in a 40 minute finisher kickout fest, now this feud is starting to derail. But now Ciampa's back and he's friends with Gargano again? Oh okay I guess that's OK they were a good tag team it'd be cool for the main roster to have a tag team like thi- oh wait Gargano's turned heel again.. this time on Ciampa. And then they have their One Final Beat match which is the HOKEYST Pro Wrestling I've seen WWE produce in quite sometime. This Feud's really messy and they shouldn't re-visit it for another 5 years."

[9.0] "One of the best WWE rivalries of the past decade. Every match they? ve had has been great-MOTY worthy. The only reason it? s not a 10 is because I feel it kinda dropped the ball this year with the empty arena match not living up to their previous expectations."
