[5.0] "I thought this feud was very memorable and entertaining. The first segments were very good, but slowly but surely the narrative became "give me what I want", rather to the chance of retirement. The Mania match was pretty bad."

[4.0] "The first part of this "last run" feud involving the backstage segment with the returning Batista looked very promising, really portraying Batista as an animal. However the segment involving Batista saying "give me what I want" dampened a lot of the intensity from the first segment and from that many viewers took the rest of the feud less serious. The result was a decent match between the two and an acceptable end too what seems to be the end of Batista's in-ring career."

[3.0] "The segment where Batista attacked Ric Flair at his "birthday party" was very well done, but everything after that was all downhill. The "Give me what I want" promo featuring Batista spitting all over the mic was hilariously bad and their match at Mania was slow, plodding, and boring."
