Possibly the only promotion to incorporate Battlarts shoot style, cutting edge junior heavyweights, mask vs mask matches and insane match ideas like a battle royal among passengers on a moving train, sometimes with a lot of that on the same card. 1990s MPro is hands down peak pro wrestling. Where else would you see the evil doppelganger Sasuke the Great turn up to challenge the real deal."

However, since they gradually became less interesting after the '90s, it's hard to give them a super high rating. Despite many years of disappointment and inconsistency, they still deserve at least a 7.0 because of the great matches they presented in the mid '90s."
[5.0] "Michinoku Pro is a weird variety bag of talents and matches with a strangely long and storied history. I have some respect for that but can't say they've ever been consistently interesting."

Great Sasuke as a founder and owner of this tremendous promotion it's a hardwork ethic man and never ever dissapoint his fans"
[6.0] "Korrektur meiner Wertung vom 24. 12. 2008: Nachdem ich in den letzten Jahren sowohl aktuelle Shows als auch alte Matches von Michinoku Pro gesehen habe, kan ich sagen, dass sie sehr wohl eine Indy Promotion mit eigenem Charakter ist. Speziell die alljährlichen Great Space War Matches beweisen das immer aufs Neue. Jedoch schwächelt die Promotion im Singles Bereich ganz gewaltig. Nachdem der Titel zuletzt immer zwischen Hayato und Kenou hin und her wechselte, fragt man sich nach dem Abgang von Kenou schon, was nun nachkommt."
[6.0] "Sehe ich ganz anders, Michinoku Pro hat nachwievor seinen unverwechselbaren Charakter. Gestandene Wrestler, stets neue und sehr gute Talente, seltsame Comedy-Wrestler, ebenso seltsame Heels und ein Wrestling-Produkt das eigentlich immer Spaß macht. Deshalb immer noch eine wichtige Promotion im japanischen Wrestling, auch wenn man durch die seltenen TV-Shows nur noch wenig davon zu sehen bekommt. Und Mitte bis Ende der Neunziger für mich einer der japanischen Indy-Ligen, deren Shows mir fast immer gefallen haben."
[8.0] "Richtig tolle Lucharesu Promotion die in den 90ern wirklich seeehr gerockt hat. Derzeitig höre ich aber leider nicht mit so viel von Michinoku Pro, habe nur mal ein Event geschaut und man sieht das es einige an Stars fehlen."
