[8.0] "iGeneration Superstars of Wrestling deserves credit for giving Australian fans something rare in 2000. The promotion delivered a full scale touring show built around recognisable names and it even ran the Rodman Down Under event at the Sydney SuperDome with a crowd of roughly ten thousand people. Fans were able to see big personalities like Dennis Rodman and Curt Hennig, legends like the Road Warriors, along with several well known veterans in a setting that felt larger and more polished than the usual local scene. The atmosphere had energy, colour and a sense of occasion that made it memorable for the people who were there. The match quality was actually pretty good if you went into it understanding a lot of the talent were a little bit older. Dennis Rodman vs Hennig was actually surprisingly entertaining! The effort to bring a major wrestling event tour to Australia at that time was genuinely appreciated by many fans who still look back on it with affection. It was the first show I ever saw in person in Perth and I absolutely loved it."
[1.0] "iGW held one tour of Australia in 2000, producing a handful of live shows and a single taped PPV event, 'Superstars of Wrestling' (known as 'Rodman Down Under' in its video release), and while that show wasn't the worst wrestling event I've ever seen, it still wasn't very good. Although the promotion's name suggested the new and innovative, its roster consisted largely of ex-WWF/WCW talent, some of whom were dangerously close to "washed-up" status even in 2000. Additionally, they attempted to use Dennis Rodman's celebrity as a main draw (something WCW had already tried several times with varying success), and featured booking that ranged from pedestrian to puzzling. No real surprise that no further tours or events materialized."
