[9.0] "New South, over the 8 years they have been running in my area, have consistently had the best matches, production, storylines, and talent out of any other promotion in the state. There is a reason they call themselves the "Best in the South". Not only have previous talent like Austin Theory, Baron Black, Odinson, Leon Ruff, and others gone on to do great things, but their current roster is as good as it's ever been, especially with the talent they bring in frequently from the north that otherwise wouldn't be seen in our area. If their show with GCW didn't open your eyes, now is the time to stop sleeping on New South!"

[3.0] "New South is a solidly middle of the road promotion. There are flashes of good matches and a lot of young talent, but there's a mess of booking (especially in Action Clash #1) and an over-reliance on interference finishes and gimmick matches. New South is doing what it needs to do: giving wrestlers a place to grind and learn the skills they need. --- Updated July 18, 2021: - The promotion has some interesting stuff but the camera and voice quality on their matches and events have been utterly horrendous lately. You can barely pay attention to the match, when the crowd is coming through the announcer's microphones, creating a horrible echo. The booking has not improved (as of Action Clash #39) and a few things seemed obviously derailed due to injury, but still."

[9.0] "I loved the tournament they made, the ambiance was great, theme songs were great, in ring action was not bad. It looked really professional for an indie promotion. They deserve a 9."
