Jackson Drake has been a great champion and is really a fantastic wrestler. I think they will need to establish more contenders for the title but they do have a lot of talent on that men's EVOLVE roster, so I believe the next champion will do just as fine. Again, so far, they have done a very fine job with this. |

The EVOLVE Championship appears to be establishing itself in a similar vein as NXT's title back when NXT was a WWE Network-exclusive (and similar to that, EVOLVE airs on Tubi instead of terrestrial or cable/satellite networks in the United States.) All and all, it's filling a void that was left once NXT was promoted to a full-on national league promotion with a prime time daypart on a national broadcaster's channel. |
