[10.0] "For all the mishaps this title had over the years, there is absolutely no denying that it is one of the best tag team championships in pro wrestling today. From Ibushi & Omega and MIKAMI & Toba to Takeshita & Endo and Ueno & Yoshimura, mixed in with a variety of interesting combinations. I mean, who could resist Masakatsu Funaki & Yukio Sakaguchi? Not me! HARASHIMA & Naomichi Marufuji? Count me in! Not perfect, but still definitely one to remember."
[6.0] "Certainly not at the level of the other titles. Like, why did DISASTER BOX vacate the titles just to win them back in the tag tournament and then to lose them to a makeshift team just a month later? I will always love DDT, but these titles just get a 'satisfactory' for now from me."
[9.0] "Holy guacamole do I love the team of MAO and ASUKA. Beyond their very new but original run, this is the title that first introduced us to The Golden Lovers, and almost everything I've seen since getting WrestleUniverse has been quality, either for the match itself, comedic elements, or however the participants decide to make it entertaining."
[8.0] "Always good for a match-up of supremely talented people given the wide array of talent on the DDT roster. Not as much care put into the booking as the top title or the trios title, but again, the matches are almost always stellar."
[10.0] "Great tag team championships. In wrestling, this is not the best time for tag team battles, but DDT holds a strong bar in this regard, and these belts, I believe, are the closest echo of the tag team division of AJPW. Matches are peculiar, sometimes with a touch of comedy, but most often they are serious wars, where the strongest leave with belts on their shoulders. This division is for everyone - for mid-carders, for main-eventers, everyone finds a place here and at the same time it is not a demotion and not a waste of time, but a full participation in the life of the promotion. I love these titles. I love the reign of Eruption."
