[4.0] "This title was brought in to the replace the Digital Media title. This one has a far better name, and a decent look. The lineage doesn't quite match up, though. Maclin isn't a very exciting inaugural champion, but he's a former World champion so it's fine. The title got off to a bad start due to half the crowd leaving (at Unbreakable). Kazarian briefly held the title, then Maclin won it back. Now it's with an NXT midcarder. I think this title is, unfortunately, fairly irrelevant. It could get better, but I don't really see the point in having this belt when TNA don't have a stacked roster (nor do they have partnerships with international companies like NJPW, to create fresh match-ups)."

[6.0] "With the TNA Digital Media Title devalued by PCO during a shoot incident at a GCW show, TNA recently introduced the TNA International Championship that gave male midcarders something to do. With Steve Maclin and Frankie Kazarian as the first champions, it seems to be a belt that at least does well by TNA loyalists (as both of those guys have respectable cumulative tenure with the company.) It's not on the same level as the X-Division title (for now), but it's a perfectly serviceable midcard title that perhaps needs more tenure itself to get over with the fans."
[0.0] "A cheap imitation of the WWE Intercontinental Championship. TNA has tried since 2009 a half dozen other times to make a secondary title and it failed every time. It will continue to fail if they keep retiring and renaming titles like they do. Watching half the crowd leave before/during the inaugural match is a good indication of the future of it."
