It should be a fixture on honor club, but it's only been defended 9 times total since it's inception, and now it's in limbo with the Red Velvet injury and Mercedes getting the interim title. I'll gladly come back and greatly increase this rating if and when they get it onto someone who can showcase it frequently."

[7.0] "The tournament that happened for the interim champion made a quite decent after a below average prestige and if there are some good proving ground matches for this title it will be elevated very well."

[4.0] "A fun tournament to crown Billie as the first time champion was fun, but then they have her LOSE THE TITLE ON HER FIRST DEFENSE, and when Velvet was showing that she has improve as a wrestler they turned her heel and now she's having boring matches again"

[6.0] "I mean it's not that bad. But for being a TV title and they barely defend it, but they just wrestle in Proving grounds match. But i like red velvet as champ."

[3.0] "I like Billie Starkz and I like Red Velvet. I like how there is a midcard title for the women but Billie lost the title in her first defense and Red Velvet's defended it twice in the span of 4 months. It's a TV title for a show not on TV and is barely defended. Four title matches in 8 months is baffling and makes it pointless."

"I just personally recognize it as the "sorry Billie not yet" belt. There's a lot of depth in the ROH women's division, and Athena's beaten them all if not most. But to create another title for an exclusively internet show just seems superfluous. Between this, the re-design of the six man titles, the complete ignorance of Wheeler Yuta in the midst of his injury, and just now reclaiming the ROH World title, I don't know what's up."
