[5.0] "So I guess the conceit of this is to both promote IWTV and also give a roaming "prize" to unite talents of several promotions. Unfortunately, not only has Miracle Generation hung on to the belts for far too long, IWTV themselves seem to struggle to keep track of the results and "importance" of this belt. I think at this point whoever properly defeats Miracle Generation will benefit more from it than they will from continuing to have it. A great idea for a belt that's been poorly executed."
