Recognized by PWI as an official World Championship and contested in some great promotions (Beyond, WWR, Freelance, ICW, BLP, F1RST, A1 and many others). The title has changed hands in six US states and been defended outside of the USA on a few occasions. The current champion AC Mack is excellent. Others to hold the title include Alex Shelley, Wheeler Yuta (AEW sensation and current ROH Pure Champ), Orange Cassidy, Jonathan Gresham (current ROH World Champ), Kris Stratlander, Lee Moriarty, Tracey Williams and other notables. Unbelievable amount of notable names have fought for the title. This may well be the only singles world championship a lot of these stars will ever hold but they're all exceptionally worthy of being recognized as a World Champion competitor."

[9.0] "A real throwback title, in that you can have whatever you want going on in your own promotion, but when the champ comes to town, you have to send out your best. The lineage of this title should make it clear that this is one of the top tier titles on all of the indies. Everyone besides Warhorse has been signed or worked in one of the majors for an extended period, and it's only a matter of time until he's signed too. Always fun to see where the IWTV title goes, because it usually means a higher profile for the holder."

[9.0] "The IWTV Independent Wrestling World Championship has had a nice lineage of champions since its creation as the Powerbomb.tv Independent Championship in 2017, with the likes of Jonathan Gresham, Orange Cassidy and Alex Shelley having held the title, Warhorse having been the longest reigning champion, and Kris Statlander so far the sole female champion. What I like about this title is that it can be defended throughout IWTV's portfolio of partner promotions, with title changes having taken place at Beyond Wrestling, Black Label Pro and New South Pro Wrestling in its history."
