2217.09.2022TeamCanadaTwoPointOh7.0You can see the names who've held the title, who are high quality wrestlers, but COVID and being used as a prop in New Japan have stalled the title. Now that it is off New Japan talent, it will likely be defended more on British soil.

3115.02.2020ElPolloLoco6.0This is a title that usually has good to great title matches but it has suffered a lot from the continuous talent raids by the WWE: RevPro is more or less forced to rely on talent with strong ties to NJPW like Zack Sabre Jr if not NJPW staples like Ishii because any freelancer can dump them the minute he receives an offer from the WWE. I am sure everybody would love seeing fresh and exciting British talent holding this belt, even NJPW, but as things stand right now RevPro simply cannot afford putting this belt on people who will pull a Bret Hart or Madusa on them.
3205.01.2020zephyr6.0This is kind of a tough one to rate. Of course you have a list of great wrestlers holding this title for some pretty long reigns, but since 2016 all of them have been NJPW stars and that kind of represents what RevPro has become: a promotion that's only exciting when they get another promotion's wrestlers.

3908.04.2017steviecw8.0Really well booked title. Colt Cabana is a great ambassador for any company and his reign was wonderful but Rev Pro's use of Marty Scurll has been excellent. Retaining against the likes of Kevin Steen, Doug Williams, Davey Richards, Ricochet, Martin Stone, Rocky Romero and Shelton Benjamin is fantastic for the title's prestige and shows restraint from RPW who no doubt may have been tempted to hot shot the title among these internationally recognised men. Only criticism of the title is really the look of it, it looks a little cheaply made - but the matches themselves are excellent. UPDATE FOR 2017: probably time to rename this the RPW World Heavyweight Championship, right?
