Not only because of lack of usage compared to original, but the chemistry wasn't the same either and Santos became irrelevant shortly after thus version debuted. Santos, Joaquin, and Raul/Cruz had great chemistry together, and with either Elektra or Zelina by their side, but this version had zero impact after the Rey/LWO feud was over."

[6.0] "For so many years, they was nothing special, WWE just don't give a damn about them and finally they getting something interesting, now history about Berto's and Santos's heat, then AAA tag titles. Waiting for more"

[3.0] "This faction is straight up boring. Angel & Berto are super forgettable. They should stay in NXT. Same with Santos. Santos should've stayed on NXT. I haven't seen Elektra Lopez do one thing in the WWE. 4 super forgettable superstars smashed into a group isn't going to make it a good faction. 3/10"

[4.0] "Surprised it is so high rated since this is by far the weakest faction in WWE right now. They only have feuds with another latino faction LWO and they job to anyone else. Their promos aren't the best and they are the worst part of every smackdown. The faction was promising at first with that Santos betrayal and his awesome promo after that but it just got stuck in the latino feud. Shame because these three guys are very talented wrestlers but they also don't have much charisma."

[8.0] "This version of LDF has a lot of potential. Santos Escobar is a great leader for this group, Humberto and Angel were the right choices as they are very good wrestlers and are good at the heel role. Elektra Lopez is great as a heel manager / wrestler."

[7.0] "Garza and his new stable are practically the anti-LWO. Escobar as the head liner, Garza and Berto are a good tag team and Lopez works as a heel valet and occasional wrestler. The feud has been enjoyable with LWO"

[8.0] "Legado del Fantasma aka the stacked team of excellent players and performers. Far gone is the tradition LWO colours and the old school LDF style, it is about glory, violence and yes Santos Escobars legacy being created. Elektra Lopez aka the headliner of the desire no doubt a kickass manager. Angel Garza who is part of the energetic bloodline of talent like Hector before him. Humberto who is a fantastic luchador who is tall and very incredibly handsomely gifted."
