318.02.2024Blk827.0This stable lasted for 17 months. (In comparison, Dark Order is 4 years and 9 months old, 4 years and 4 months from the start of weekly AEW programming.) It may have overstayed its welcome a little, but that is generally true of every stable: one doesn't change a story line while its working. In terms of putting members over, both Daniel Garcia and Matt Menard benefitted from membership in this stable, and it gave Anna Jay an escape route from the Dark Order. I would grant that Angelo Parker and Jake Hager really haven't "benefitted" from the group, but both are natural "background guys:" i.e. they are best in a medium-to-large stable heel. They are adequate in the ring, and can get some words in on a promo (Parker more than Hager), but can't really stand out on their own. Hager, Menard, and Parker are all around 40, and getting to the point in their careers when they should be pivoting to promoting younger talent, rather than receiving their own pushes. Sammy Guevara seems to naturally belong in this group, due to his continual association with Chris Jericho. I think Guevara *should* be able to get out of Chris Jericho's shadow: he has enough charisma and ring ability. But, I think he's being held back a bit at the moment by having too much crowd sympathy. Likewise, Tay Melo is going to be in whatever stable Sammy Guevara is due to the fact they they are married and have a strong social media presence. One weak point of this stable is the survival of a rump "Post-Jericho Appreciation Society" consisting of Garcia, Menard, Parker, and Hager. As as this writing, this rump stable has lasted for 7 months. Garcia & Menard is closer than "just friends" especially for faces, and they are still cutting promos together. They should either disband or form a formal stable, so that the casual viewer knows what is going on more easily. That being said, the JAS was formally disbanded, which is a plot point which is sometimes neglected.

730.11.2023JediSaiyanMaster12034.0This is a case of a faction that has overstayed it's welcome, started out good and then got super stale after the Blackpool Combat Club feud. Glad it ended, but still doesn't make up that it's still not good. Don't miss this faction in the slightest.

1117.11.2023danzitorock7.0The definition of average stable, it doesn't have one single 10.0 rating as I'm writing this, and that says it all. J.A.S. is not bad but it hasn't produced anything very memorable, there are cool moments, but I didn't saw much evolution from the guys in it, or the ones they were feuding with. They were important for a couple of moments but I'm glad it ended before becoming a detrimental thing to the product.
1227.10.2023skyesversion9.0This might be because I'm a bit biased but the Jericho Appreciation Society was my favorite modern day faction in all of wrestling. I just loved them so much. It helped me fall in love with Anna Jay, Daniel Garcia, and 2point0. They just had a special stage presence that I loved. It's only been 2 and a half months since they disbanded but I still miss them a lot. Most of my favs in a faction? Sign me up. Hopefully they have some type of reconciliation soon, even if it's a one-time thing. JAS forever.

1514.07.2023Freezing Moon7.0Interesting faction that probably should've ended after Blood and Guts last year, or at least start collapsing. While it's kinda clear that stories like Garcia's (still mad about not paying that off last year) and Guevara's are nearing to their conclusion, I think this group have outstayed their welcome. At the same time tho, what stable will replace them? They provide high profile feuds (with sometimes questionable endings) and cannon fodder heels when necessary, so they need to be around one way or another; hard spot, but I hope the change comes soon, as it's being teased by Jericho. Not great, but not terrible: adequate, and a pillar in the company.
1614.07.2023MDavis20014.0I think it is time for this to end, no? JAS was fun for a little while as the foil to the BCC, but now they have little reason to continue. Do the inevitable Garcia / Guevara match and make Anna Jay a babyface again. 2point0 are genuinely very entertaining and should be doing their own thing. Jericho has had a solid year, but at this point he should probably begin to put more pressure on the breaks. Jake Hager has done seemingly nothing in years and honestly that is probably how it should be. Remember when Tay Conti was over? Feels like a million years ago. Edit: Daniel Garcia is the only person whos done anything of note while with the JAS. Hopefully the current angle with Don Callis leads to a merciful end of this stable.

2506.06.2023CoopyHoncho2.0The only reason I'm not giving this God forsaken stable a 0 is because of Menard, Parker, and Garcia. They're still very funny and entertaining in spite of being stuck. Every feud with the stable feels like it's 6 months minimum. Daniel Garcia is the only one that is benefitting from being in this dreck.
2727.04.2023benh22.0A dreadful stable. This is who you feud with if you need your hot babyface burying. Rotten booking throughout its run. It serves as nothing more than a Jericho ego stroke and every hot babyface invariably ends up fighting with Hager's hat and it's game over for their momentum.
2822.04.2023Wllfriedzaha4.0Not a fan, Jericho has out on weight shall we say and the rest of them arent any good. Sort of always seem to be involved in something but I rarely care

3718.02.2023Paul040.0I mean, Jericho has had a pretty good in ring year, but FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, this stable hasn't done anyone any favors, Tay and Sammy still have Go-Away Heat, Jake Hager is Jake Hager, 2point0 after blood & guts have done NOTHING just beeing jobbers again, Anna is just bad in this group with them pairing her with Tay and Sammy, and the worst of all, Daniel Garcia after getting SO MUCH OVER has cooled down so much that his is just another guy in the roster, and the feud with Eddie, Santana & Ortiz, Ruby and BCC has been going for so long that went from a great feud to a really REALLY boring feud that will never end Now we are getting a really unnecesary long feud with Ricky Starks

4821.11.2022crs2856.0Jericho Appreciation Society seems like a retread of Inner Circle. Danny Garcia has benefitted from the group and the never-ending BCC feud. Hager is never around. Guevara and Melo seemed to be doing alright on their own and unnecessary. Jericho is still leading and being a key player.in AEW. Menard and Parker played the role of goofy goons well enough. Anna JAS has a lot of potential but is unlikely to stand out by just changing groups. Overall, a retread of the Inner Circle but so far nothing the group has done has made it seem like it will do anything different.
4918.11.2022flightaker3214.0Another one of Chris Jericho's brilliant character reinventions that totally isn't awful, and is actually good! To be fair the painmaker shit that he does is easily the worst but that doesn't make the Jas any good in itself. The sports entertainment stuff was funny as a start but it got old pretty fast, they also have a never-ending feud with BCC that's going on forever, the matches typically end out fine but the story is just so boring, and the Anarchy in the Arena match is one of my favorite AEW matches. To cap things off AEW isstill being built around 2022 Jericho is quite sad, the members in the group aint any better then Jericho. Only giving it a 4 for the matches
5017.11.2022HudE7.0
5117.11.2022arrancar4.0Just when he broke free from the doldrums of the immensely overplayed Inner Circle, Jericho almost immediately jumps back with another stable entirely built around him. Their characters being based around them embracing the 'sports entertainment' side of wrestling was entertaining at first, but like most modern Jericho characters it quickly wore outs its charm and became pretty annoying because of its lack of creativity. It's also plagued with an even less interesting supporting cast than the Inner Circle; Sammy is the only worthwhile guy in the group apart from Jericho (with Jericho being 50/50 as to whether he's entertaining/worthwhile or just embarrassing), while Hager is still a useless charisma-void best known for standing around looking dead behind the eyes, Garcia is an immensely dorky wannabe tough guy with his totally unconvincing 'shooter' style, Parker and Menard are absolute goofballs with no redeeming qualities, and Tay and Anna have regressed quite a lot since turning heel to join the group and have mostly been sidelined as useless valets instead of getting any meaningful feuds or storylines for themselves. The group's seemingly never-ending feud with the Blackpool Combat Club is really boring at this point, and I wouldn't say there was ever anything exciting or engaging about it to begin with apart form a handful of singles matches, with their big group-vs-group 'Anarchy in the Arena' and 'Blood and Guts' matches being especially mediocre and wasteful. When are we going to stop building so much of AEW around Jericho and his vanity projects that only ever bring the other, younger talents down?
5206.10.2022BAILE39.0The Jericho Appreciation Society are usually a highlight of AEW every week. Making an entire stable around Chris Jericho was a genius idea and it? s played out so, so, well. Anarchy in the Arena was one of the best matches in AEW history and that in part is thanks to the J.A.S., it? s been a great platform to showcase Daniel Garcia aswell, whilst still keeping him with Daddy Magic & Cool Hand.

6318.08.2022coppercowries7.0I'm a huge Jericho fan, and I believe that this can be a powerhouse faction if the individuals within it receive stronger booking instead of just being lackeys for Chris. Garcia appears to be on the way out, but Sammy and Tay could be strong top tier heels if given new, proper feuds and less focus on their personal relationship. Hager will always be the background heavy, which is fine, but push Menard and Parker a bit as a tag team. Currently getting good screen time and relevance as a faction, but I think it could be elevated even higher.

7513.06.2022PhenomenalGun9.0Ok, so at first I was apprehensive about this stable like a lot of you. Why didn't they call it Inner Circle 2.0, this just looks like a bootleg Inner Circle, etc. Honestly, their first promo the week after the formation of the stable was gold and completely sold me on the stable. The name Jericho Appreciation Society actually made sense since this faction was centered around him anyway, and going with the brand of being sports entertainers to get heat with the fans was brilliant. Jericho as always is one of the GOATS and I love to see him still have his own faction after Inner Circle ran its course. I've started to come around to Daniel Garcia the more I see him. Jake Hager, who a lot of you hate just for his political views or his Swagger run in WWE is a really close-minded mindset and he's actually a really underrated talent regardless of whether you agree with his views. Lastly, Team 2.0 is the most funny tag team in all of AEW and arguably wrestling, love those guys. Great stable with great talent, they've already surpassed Inner Circle in my eyes.

7831.05.2022Dogo7639.0This is another great invention of Chris Jericho. A whole faction centered around him is a great idea. Daniel Garcia gets to stay with 2.0 and gets to learn under an all-time great wrestler in Jericho. Hager is ok in his role as the mostly silent muscle. The use of sports entertainment for heat is a great touch.

8801.05.2022Makoto928.0This faction is really intersting for me right now, they just need more TV time. I think, Chris Jercicho can teach Garcia some entertainment things and 2.0 is just a good team from Chikara days, whose comic elements are very good, but, maybe, not understandable by many fans. I wonder, what's next for them after the feud with Kingston and LAX.
8929.04.2022njpwawwe5.0It is a very boring group, it is simply a copy of the IC, a team without any highlights, if it were not for Jericho, the score would be lower.
9015.04.2022LivingLegend2.0One of the most bland factions in wrestling history, the Jericho Appreciation Society is a group full of terribly boring or just outright bad talent. Jericho, the lone highlight of this group, is a great character worker, however he is in the twilight of his career in terms of working matches. Daniel Garcia is a component wrestler but has no other attributes worth noting. Angelo Parker and Matt Mernard are glorified jobbers, and Jake Hager is just terrible in every facet of wrestling. Their "sports entertainment" gimmick is a cool idea on paper but man it will get old FAST. Unfortunate how the Inner Circle disbanded for this shit.
9112.04.2022eltetechori7.0As such I don't think it's bad stable but it seems to me that the only one that stands out is Chris Jericho, in a few months hopefully things will change.
