[3.0] "3/10 for Savio. The other 3 guys are all pulling 5/10 ratings on this site so that tells you they were a lukewarm stable of forgettable faces. Truth Commission sucked out loud, these guys were just average."

[3.0] "Aside from Savio, I had no clue who any of these guys were. They just showed up when DOA & the Truth Commission had four guys apiece, so WWE needed four guys here to do their gang warfare. Not exactly horrible in the sense that some other factions have been. But more, forgettable."

[1.0] "The mostly bad matches was probably down to the booking more than anything, but this was a terrible faction that left no real impression and the whole look they had with the discount Freddie Mercury style gear looked terrible! All they did was brawl in crap feuds!"

[1.0] "They were incredibly bland and were never up to anything interesting. The only entertaining segment I could remember them involved in is getting locked out of the building by Austin. Other than that, they were just there to fill up time through their corny "gang wars" with the Disciples and the NOD."

[3.0] "Like the Truth Commission, a pointless faction that just brawled every week, nothing good about this one AT ALL."

[3.0] "Seemed like a sterotypical jobber stable for the most part. Had a couple of funny moments throughout their time, and while there wasn't really a problem with their individual in-ring performance this stable really did nothing."

[4.0] "I thought the wrestlers in the stable were great as singles stars but not in WWE, this stable was never treated well not even during the gang wars, real shame though. I felt if the effort was put in we could have had a cool stable of puerto ricans kicking ass."

[7.0] "I thought they were fantastic. Represented their heritage. They may have not been the best by Savio Vega did well as a leader. They weren't used right during their stay in WWF."

[2.0] "They're most popular moment was stealing the Disciples of Apocalypse's motorcycles. They might have had more promise if managed more carefully but in a stable full era, the Boricuas were the first ones to come out looking like glorified jobbers. They are literally one of the worst stables of all time since no members really got a chance to stick out and shine, even Savio Vega kind of just blended in to the background and he was the supposed leader."
