[3.0] "3/10 for Savio. The other 3 guys are all pulling 5/10 ratings on this site so that tells you they were a lukewarm stable of forgettable faces. Truth Commission sucked out loud, these guys were just average."

They might have had more promise if managed more carefully but in a stable full era, the Boricuas were the first ones to come out looking like glorified jobbers. They are literally one of the worst stables of all time since no members really got a chance to stick out and shine, even Savio Vega kind of just blended in to the background and he was the supposed leader."
