- Das Trio bestand Anfangs aus Icarus, Gran Akuma und Taylor. Bei Chikarasaurus Rex am 25.07.2010 attackierten Icarus und Taylor Gran Akuma und ersetzten ihn durch Gargano.
- Da Sugar Dunkerton kein Team für das King of Trios 2012 hatte und sich darüber beschwerte, wurde er von Director of Fun Wink Vavasseur zum Mitglied von Team FIST ernannt, auch wenn er trotzdem nicht am Turnier teilnehmen durfte, da diese bereits zu dritt waren.
- Daraufhin kam es ab 2013 immer wieder zu Streitereien zwischen den FIST-Mitgliedern, woraufhin sie sich trennten.

[9.0] "Miss these jawns like you would not believe. Icarus & Chucky T always defined FIST for me. They really had everything you could possibly want in Chikara. Taylor had the comedy and high flying stuff, Icarus had the more grounded technical style locked, and Akuma/Gargano made for some great hard hitting strong style moments. While I enjoyed the later incarnation as well, nothing will beat the original."
