Two Man Power-Trip

[7.0] "Both men in here are great and had good matches within the tag team, but I just dont like the idea of Austin and Trips as cowardly heels when they were being presented very strong leading up to the tag teams inception."

[8.0] "Yes, Im sure everyones grievances and concerns about their lethargic run are universal. However, there is no denying that these two were great together. It makes me wonder just how good they wouldve been if they stayed together during the Invasion angle. Its simple, but effective. Two of your top heels working as a unit."

[6.0] "Way too short-lived to rate it higher than this, but a great concept that produced some memorable moments. They also, arguably, had a five-star match with Chris Benoit and Chris Jericho in their short time together. I can't go higher than this because HHH's injury cut the team's time together short, but it was a great story with a world of potential and a lasting memory."

[2.0] "The idea was not a bad one I guess but the execution was often not too good. Over powered team and nobody wanted the Austin heel turn in the first place so it was very hard to buy into. The injury cut it short anyway, and that's probably a good thing. I don't think they would have done much good work anyway. I will say the tag match with Benoit & Jericho is very good though."

[6.0] "Putting the heel Stone Cold and HHH together at this time seemed like a good idea, but their run was too short and Austin's role seemed somewhat downplayed, and thus they never really were able to get much traction as a unit. They did have some good matches as a team and a few memorable moments (including a very harsh beatdown of the Hardy Boyz and Lita). By no means a bad teaming, but given more to work with they could have essentially been a latter-day heel version of the Mega Powers."
