[8.0] "Underrated, one of the better modern tag teams. Their AEW world title tag belt reign was absolutely wasted in my opinion. They have the ability to entertain and put on great matches. Their gimmick, if you've ever been around that life; it's done believably. If there's ever been a team where I'll never understand why they aren't as over to the masses as they are with me, this is them; they are it."

They have really good in-ring chemistry and are very over with the crowd, I just wish they'd be booked more and booked better, but still a good team nonetheless."

[6.0] "These guys had a lot of potential as a young babyface tag team or a cocky heel upstart team, But they have suffered many problems during their run, First we have seen the party group before with the street profits and such so they weren't sticking out that much, and second their pairing with matt hardy many would think being paired with a veteran tag expert like matt hardy would be beneficial for a career. but when that pairing is the HFO then that will ruin them in the end as not a single person who was with the HFO are in a better spot than they were before and that includes Private party. They go from heel to babyface to heel and are just stooges and they need to get far away from Hardy."

I don't mind them as heels, in fact, it comes off as more natural for them with Quen's cockiness and Kassidy's arrogant mannerisms and demeanor. I don't know if they did something to piss off everyone backstage but you have this tag team coming in hot to AEW, beats the Young Bucks, has a decent run in the tag team division, joins the AFO, and then...nothing. It's a shame really, they're really talented in-ring."

[5.0] "It's quite sad to see Private Party fall so far from the potential they showed and the favouritism they appeared to receive from AEW early on. They were the first established high-flying team in the company not named 'The Young Bucks', and they were given a strong push to establish them as the future faces of the company, even receiving a win over the Bucks in effort of that. Sadly, it appeared that they used up all their tricks within the first few months, as their performances plateaued because it appeared that their creative juices were used up. Both guys could still hit some cool aerial attacks and bump really well, but they would also have a few sloppy moments and wouldn't have their character work figured out yet. Their arrogant displays were alright, but they didn't really have their confidence nor the skills at a higher enough level to pull that off properly (unlike, say, Swerve, who is both impressively arrogant and very smooth in the ring). It didn't help that they'd also indulge in some overly goofy things, like Isiah with his lame high-pitched squeals (who the hell told him *that* was a good idea for a supposedly cool babyface to do? ). They slowly lost both the fans' as well as AEW's appreciation, which was the impetus to pair them with a deceitful manager in Matt Hardy and then repackage them as heels. They've now leaned more into their arrogance, which thankfully comes off a lot more convincingly and naturally, but they've had to introduce generic heel brawling and beatdown work into their arsenal at the same time, which doesn't suit them. They're still natural high-flyers, but they haven't yet found a sweet spot of mixing spectacular high-flying spots with compelling heel work (à la Pac, for example). Their joining of the HFO/AHFO did nothing to benefit them apart from giving them some experience as working full heels, so their value in the company has only declined. They still have the naturally flashy style to appeal to fans if ever given another worthwhile babyface push again, but they definitely need to find a way to become more creative and refined, since there are just so many good tag teams in AEW now that merely being a slight step above your generic indy high-flyers is no longer a meaningful selling point."

Their gimmick is pretty dead-end, like a joke that isn't really funny when you first hear it and then gets repeated endlessly. Turning heel didn't do much for them, except now Isiah Cassidy's piercing screeches are funny instead of grating."

While they are fantastic athletes though, their matches can be hit or miss (with the miss column still being fun). I feel they need more time to wrestle against a wider pool of wrestlers, and in particular veterans of pro wrestling. They're definitely not at their fullest potential yet, and that will take time, but when they get there, they'll be among the best today."

They are easily the 2nd best tag team in House of Glory which is nothing to fret at, they hold their own against more experienced teams like LAX. They are both good coming off the top rope, and I can see a long title run in their future."
