[6.0] "One of the first super baby face main eventer super hero teams in the WWF. They never got the tag belts and they mostly just teamed up for big ppv matches but come on! It's the WWF champion Macho Man Randy Savage and Hulk Hogan. This was the kind of team that was so overpowered that only ego's could defeat them story wise and that's what happened eventually."
[10.0] "Criminally underrated by today's fans, these two were a natural pairing. While they didn't stick around together, but when they were together, it was great. Had amazing chemistry, their tag match with Ted and Andre is great, and the betrayal was even better."
[8.0] "An iconic team of two of the most adored babyfaces of the Golden Era. They didn't perform for long enough, but they had great chemistry and this union eventually led to a great storyline with Randy's heel turn. In WCW, these two also managed to briefly team up, but that special charm was no longer there."
[8.0] "They were never meant to be a permanent, long-term regular team-in-similar-tights. But Hogan and Savage's pairing, when they were together, made a good "supergroup" lineup with the #1 and #2 main event faces (along with Elizabeth), and their story arc - from partners, to partners-in-conflict, to their ultimate breakup and "the Mega Powers Explode, " made for a classic main event storyline of the era."
[4.0] "Again with the random pairings. Why did this even happen at least Macho Man turned on Hogan because of this team but honestly to me should never of happened."
[8.0] "Very iconic super team, which lead to one of the most memorable stories of the 80s. These two always had good chemistry and it shone through. Their matches are generally solid as well."
[10.0] "A great team. Hogan and Savage worked superbly together as opponents and partners. They could both switch from baby face to heel and be equally effective. Elizabeth as manager added to the spectacle, but she was not necessary. Both were outstanding on the mic. A power wrestler and a high flyer, and there was never a dull moment. They could feud with anyone and were a main event attraction at any time. They were both too huge as singles to keep the team together too long."
Trotzdem gabs schöne Multi-Men Matches mit ihnen, 6 Punkte."
