[7.0] "Right away this team gave many of us "old timers" a rush; this team looked and operated as if straight from the territories in 83-85. Loved the dynamics in look and style, both men knew exactly how that specific character should wrestle. The chemistry was so blatant that it was practically intoxicating, hot damn this was IT. So of course Vince hated them and booked them into obscurity as soon as they won us over. Sort of a 10 but the booking was horrifying, it's mired in an oceans worth of "what if"'s and that actually hurts a score. As I said, sort of a 10 buuut reality forces me to bow to a 7."

[7.0] "Overall an underrated and above average team. Unlike many other decent tags particularly in the WWE at this time they had character. Murdoch a bit more then Cade or perhaps he was just better at portraying his character. This team was seemingly thrown together on a loop of house shows and based on that alone id say they took a mediocre idea for a team, ran with it, and did a damn good job with it. Three tag title reigns in the WWE and each reign nearly surpassing the last (second and third reign tied at 93 days). This team particularly had my attention when they won there second titles from the Hardy Boys in 07. Cant think of any standout matches off the top of my head but I remember there matches always being decent, definitely good enough to be the tag champions at the time and would be a timeless team that couldve worked out in the NWA or IMPACT years later."

[10.0] "Highly underrated tag team! These two had great chemistry together and really made the southern gimmick work. Lance Cade was the smooth talking cowboy and was the worker of the two, while Murdoch was the angry trucker who was just as entertaining. These guys would have fit right in with the old school NWA (funny how Murdoch is now in NWA and doing very well for himself) and were perfect opponents for teams like the Hardy Boyz and DX. It's a shame nothing really became of them in WWE after they split up, but they will always be one of my favorite tag teams of all time."

[7.0] "Cade and Murdoch had a good dynamic in terms of their respective looks and gimmicks - the combination of the slick, new-school country in Cade; the rugged and dirty old-school country in Murdoch - and their ring work was always complimentary as well. They had a solid run with three Tag Championships to their names, but it's too bad the tag division at the time wasn't stronger to give them more to work with."
