[4.0] "Another filler tag team in WCW. They were like the Young Stallions of the late 90's WCW roster. Never had a big match on PPV and spent most of their days on Saturday nights C show."

"Never really thought much of these guys back in their WCW run, it was funny how some people called them "High Dosage"."

[6.0] "Solid tag team but nothing when separate. High Voltage could put on a decent TV match with about most of the tag roster, I wish WCW would have gave them the belts at least once instead of just one of them."

[8.0] "These guys were actually a lot of fun whenever they got a chance to show it. Very strong and pretty agile, they could do some damn cool things. If they were running around the indie scene today they've have buzz for sure."

[4.0] "If you want to have a tag team division you're going to need a couple of jobber tag teams, and High Voltage never felt like anything more than that. Uninteresting with a stupid sound name both for the team and the individual wrestlers. They weren't bad in the ring, but they were just your run of the mill big boi powerhouses."

[6.0] "Rage and Kaos were generally pretty talented wrestlers for such generic muscle guys. But despite that, at the end of the day, they were still generic muscle guys. They could only do so much. Great midcard team for a deep, expansive tag division like WCW had in the late 90s."

[4.0] "Power Plant grads Rage and Kaos had great physiques and brought a lot of energy to their performances, with a largely power-based but athletic style. What they lacked in experience they made up for in enthusiasm. Unfortunately, WCW booking and Rage's injuries prevented them from gaining much traction in the ranks, and - other than their WCW-sponsored tour of New Japan - they never teamed in any other companies, as Kaos retired after his push dried up in 1999."
