If they never happen, AJW never takes off to the level it did and leads an echo effect throughout the industry. Without AJW taking off you don't get their influence to the past and present that still lives on through their body of work and trainees. Every single woman (and most of the men) are influenced in some way by the work Japanese women did in the 80's, 90's, 2000's and 10's. Even if they weren't directly they were influenced by someone who WAS. It seriously can not be overstated enough how important the Crush Gals and AJW were and still are to modern pro-wrestling. |
