[7.0] "Some of it I will always like, some of it I will always find a bit short of expectations. This was not Rick Martel's best but it was over like whoa. This was not Tom Zenk's best stuff but it was his largest exposure. They looked AMAZING but lacked a natural chemistry. They both worked hard but it simply wasn't meant to be. Enjoyable but difficult to love something with so many caveats."
[9.0] "During their short time together, Martel and Zenk as The Can-Am were amongst the best tag teams ever. Incredibly over with the crowd and could get over in any arena, any match, with any worker. It's a crying shame they never reach their full potential and win the tag title they rightfully deserve."
[9.0] "They were very good together and complimented each other's talents. I have no doubts that Vince had them in line for a world title push, but it wasn't to be because these two just could not get along in real life. It's a shame that their run was so short."
[7.0] "A solidly entertaining team, and probably some of Zenk's best work in particular. Martel of course was much more talented but he had many other chances to show it."
