[4.0] "These are quintessential fish in a no pond kind of situation. Their golden era was during when WWE had a dearth of dedicated tagteams and their longevity in a sparse pool really cemented them as THE tagteam to folks who watched WWE during that time. The issue is that their work is quintessential WWE "storytelling" which means they spam the same moves without innovation and make sure to lie down a lot to build up a simulacrum of gravitas. If you want an example of what their work amounts to, see their plodding abomination of a match from wrestlemania 40. For what charisma and flash that they have, there are countless better teams that never got a chance to do what they do, and better."

Y2Jrep wrote on 26.09.2025:
[10.0] "They combine flawless in-ring chemistry with unmatched versatility. Jimmy and Jey's timing and coordination are near-perfect, allowing them to execute sequences that are both visually impressive and story-driven. Their ability to adapt to different opponents and styles--from high-flying spots to hard-hitting brawls--keeps every match fresh and exciting. Beyond their technical skill, their characters and storytelling are compelling, whether portraying cocky fan favorites or dominant, intense heels during the Bloodline era. They consistently elevate the tag team division, delivering top-tier matches while engaging the crowd with every move. Longevity, dominance, and the ability to captivate audiences make The Usos a true 10/10 tag team."

They have had a number of different character shifts as a team, but each one worked in a different way. They have had many stellar matches against the New Day. Their part alongside the Bloodline was some of the best storytelling in WWE's history."

It's even arguable that they're the #1 tag team of all time. In ring they flow really well tomorrow and on the mic they play off of each other perfectly. The Usos being on the Mount Rushmore of WWE tag team wrestling shouldn't be an opinion, it should be an undisputed fact."
sethsanta16 wrote on 13.04.2025:
[10.0] "While I do not think this team exceeds the abilities of the Hardy Boys, Young Bucks, and other naturally gifted tag teams, I do think that the storytelling that the Usos do are immaculate and could possibly be the best in the WWE today. Looking at the current tag teams in WWE: Fraxiom, DIY, Street Profits, they are all incredible, but not one of them has had the longevity and chemistry that the Usos have. The Usos are a great tag team and deserve all of the flowers"

They've had great rivalries with teams like The New Day, The Street Profits, RK-Bro, and many more. Overall I love the Usos and they put some of the best tag team matches in WWE's long history."

[9.0] "These guys always delivered. Still remember their debut, at the time it was a little strange to see a Samoan in WWE who wasn't doing the typical Samoan gimmick shtick. They improved so much throughout the years and put on a lot of great matches. Their mic work was up there with the very best on the roster. At one time, it was unthinkable to have these two seperate and do their own thing. I always felt one without the other wouldn't do very well, however that is a different story. Wouldn't give them a 10 as they're not the best tag team wrestling has ever seen, but for being a tag team in WWE during an era in which they didn't care about tag teams, they truly made the fans care and appreciate their work."
Odinohka wrote on 23.08.2024:
[8.0] "Although I recognized their excellent chemistry and skills in the ring, as well as the ease with which they entertained during their matches, the Usos weren't exactly among my favorite teams. Bloodline gave them the consistency they deserved and offered them a platform to really shine. The matches they performed were each better than the last, and their characters were given more depth. Strangely enough, their chemistry when they faced each other wasn't the same and the match was pretty bad, but that doesn't take away from their excellent careers as a duo and their outstanding track record."

Granted when they were originally together they were only good but since then they came a great way and became potenetially the greatest tag team of all time. It's a damn shame that WWE never highlighted the Tag Division on the main roster. Imagine The Usos Vs American Alpha, The Revival or #DIY if theyw as given the time like the aforementioned teams were in NXT. Would have been superb."

But that criticism shouldn't overshadow the fact that The Usos did a lot to have at least something interesting during the dark times of late 2010's WWE with their wasteland of a tag team division."

When it's the latter, the Usos are drab workers who aren't interesting in the ring at all. When they are on their game though, damn they're good. It's just too bad they aren't consistent. In regards to bumping and especially selling, they are really bad. The Usos have taken some of the worst RKO's in history. As characters, I will say that they have grown immensely in that regard from being around Roman over the last 3 years. Jey especially is really great with facials and character work. Overall, while they can be great, their inconsistency drags them down a little for me, along with their bad bumping and terrible selling. Still really good though."

Jey, who became the Bloodline's original and has been through the group every rise and fall, and Jimmy, who is very wonderful in supporting role, became great single wrestlers Sadly that they lost titles, but their reign was great as it could be and became the part of WWE's history as the golden standard."

[6.0] "The Usos have gotten the short end of the stick with regards to their legacy. Undoubtedly a good tag team that's capable of having good matches with other capable tag teams, but this is a WWE tag team. Considering they've been around for over a decade one would think they'd have a stronger resume of great matches and rivalries but I struggle to name some beyond a few New Day and Wyatt Family matches. It's obviously not their fault that WWE under Vince McMahon was hellbent on hamstringing their tag team division for seemingly no reason besides creating two floundering undercard wrestlers but even so, the Usos never come to mind when I think of all-time great tag teams. Are they as good as their push? Sure, but they also haven't had the opportunity to truly flex their ability outside of the constraints of a WWE style tag match and build continuity in feuds the way the Midnight Express were able to with the Rock n Roll or Fantastics. The Usos have been stuck feuding with the New Day - who I share similar feelings about - off and on for 7 years not because it's an all-time great feud, but it's the only other tag team that hasn't fallen victim to WWE's bad habit of prematurely splitting tag teams. In short, I believe the Usos fall somewhere between good and great. WWE will push the narrative that the Usos are the best ever when in fact they're the only tag team that hasn't been screwed by bad, aimless booking. Some honor."

As an example, all their matches against The New Day and The Street Profits can be mentioned. They're just amazing in the ring. Anyway, with the microphone they also lack nothing. In addition, they are universal, they work well both as an independent, two-person team, and as "wingers" of The Bloodline. One can complain that despite being champions, they were reduced to being Roman's "bodyguards" but in 2 vs. 2 this weakness cannot be seen."
