[10.0] "People may talk The Revival/FTR or The Young Bucks, but for me, The Canadian Ninjas were the best heel tag team of the last decade. Portia Perez and Nicole Matthews brought different types of villainy to the table, and put a Memphis slant on it, a very Gilbertesque team. A lot of what Bayley does today is heavily influenced by them, helps that a young Davina Rose was one of their victims. Perez was a great promo and one of the cleverest people in wrestling, while only external factors kept Matthews from being a massive TV star."
