[8.0] "I'm counting their Crockett days as part of the WWF Brainbuster era. Great tag team and they did so much by late 80's standards in the WWF by being around for about 12 months and winning the tag belts when that meant something!"

[10.0] "One of the best heel teams to ever do it. What stands out to me most about Tully and Arn as a team and why they are one of the elite teams whose work still stands up today against anyone's was how versatile they were as a unit, as well as individually. These guys could get in the ring, work whatever kind of style, against whatever kind of opponents, and put on tag team master classes every single time. They would work on a body part, cut the ring off, blindside opponents from behind, and made great use of J.J. or Bobby. Not to mention, they looked the part, they dressed to the nines every single night, and they were both great promos (In NWA as the horsemen more so than WWF as the brain busters). I've always thought Arn in particular was in a class by himself on the microphone and Tully wasn't far off from it."

[10.0] "The pioneers for all the heel tag teams. If you watched their matches, you can clearly see how teams like FTR, reDragon, Briscoes, etc., get their groove from. A classic chickenshit heel duo even words can't describe how incredible they were."

[10.0] "One of the best Technical tag teams of all time. Their ability to not necessarily cheat but to bend the rules to the absolute limit where you can get away with it was tremendous."

They could talk, they could work, they could get heat, and they could make their opponents look great. They had notable feuds with a variety of top teams in the NWA, and even had a decent run in the WWF, although their status as one of wrestling's premier tag teams was ensured long before they arrived in the WWF."

[10.0] "Two incredible singles wrestlers that equally thrived in tags, complimented each other greatly as a team, taking their strengths that they had with other partners(Ole, Gino etc) and added a superb level of technique and psychology to every match they had. Can't rave about this team enough, top ten of the 1980s for sure."

They used the "isolated body part" approach of the Minnesota Wrecking Crew but could sell much better and were athletically more dynamic. Tully and Arn were the best ever!"

They came to the WWE with a big reputation, but those who really knew their body of work, knew that that were nothing more than "Little bumping heels", as eloquently said by Jim Cornett. Despite an explosive push, they couldn't handle it on the big stage. We knew they'd be too small, and too weak, but they were also too slow. They were rapidly and properly flushed back to the minor leagues as soon as possible. Even Heenan could not make this work. That is probably the most damaging statement of all time and perfectly sums up this trash."
