[7.0] "oh. with a name like that and with my vast knowledge of tag teams, you can't under deliver WHATSOEVER. This team under delivered. I have to then say "ok, so you are obviously not The Midnight Express and definitely not even The Fantastics. so I must take it that you must mean the greatest tag team of your era? Well, must we then discount The Dudleys? Hardy Boyz? " This is a tag team. This is not a greatest or all time or whatever else extra you feel like putting on it. This was a tag team that was just fine. The World's Most Just Fine Tag Team, featuring SHELTON BENJAMIN."

[9.0] "The World's Greatest Tag Team lived up to their name every time they stepped into the ring. They were a throwback to classic tag team wrestling, blending flawless execution, technical mastery, and crisp double-team offense. Their matches were clinics in tag psychology, focusing on isolating opponents, working smart holds, and making every move count. They brought a level of smoothness and precision that made even the most routine sequences look dynamic. Shelton brought freak athleticism. Haas brought technical grit. Together, they had seamless chemistry that turned every match into a masterclass of fundamentals. Their timing, positioning, and ability to control the pace of a match set them apart from their flashier peers. They did not need catchphrases or over-the-top gimmicks because their in-ring work spoke volumes. Their best runs came during the SmackDown Six era, where they consistently delivered bangers against Los Guerreros. They were about pure dominance through wrestling skill. Every tag felt important, every sequence told a story, and their double-team finishers were executed with perfection. Unfortunately, despite their excellence inside the ropes, they were often underappreciated in the larger WWE ecosystem and never got the long-term spotlight they deserved. In Team Angle as Kurt Angle's hand-picked proteges, they acted as enforcers and disciples of his wrestling philosophy. Under Kurt's leadership, they learned to blend character work with their in-ring dominance, adding arrogance and swagger to their arsenal. Team Angle may have been short-lived, but it provided the perfect launchpad for Haas and Benjamin to break away and establish themselves as one of the most technically sound teams of their generation. The World's Greatest Tag Team were tag team wrestling in its purest form. They made the art of the tag match feel legitimate, competitive, and must-see every time they laced up their boots. From the early Smackdown days to their later run in ROH, they were top of their class"

[7.0] "Possibly SmackDown's best tag team in 2003. Whether as Team Angle or the WGTT, they were a great technical team but they didn't fly very far once they split and were put back together a few years later."

[10.0] "World's Greatest Tag Team was awesome, one of the main highlights during the early 2000s on SmackDown, having amazing tag team matches with most of the tag teams during their time together, was always a fun team to watch with their amazing agility, technical ability and fast paced action."

[10.0] "World's Greatest tag team wasn't the world's greatest tag team so this can be false advertisement. But they were still one of the many great underrated tag teams of the early days of SmackDown"

[10.0] "I feel like this team isn't mentioned enough. They were both great in the ring, and always seemed to be finding new methods of tandem offense to use. Incredibly fun to watch."
SoomerSloom wrote on 28.08.2022:
[10.0] "One of my all-time favourite tag teams, both men were insanely talented solo, but combined were tag masters. They had great chemistry, great offense and an equal defence to back that up. Deserved much longer reigns than they had in my opinion, they could've carried tag wrestling through to the 2010s in WWE alone"
BAILE3 wrote on 21.06.2022:
[10.0] "The highlight of both of these mens careers. Definetly lives up to there name, as they could get a good match out've any opponent. Were fire in WWE, ROH, or wherever there services were needed. Deserve a higher rating on here tbh."

[8.0] "Two legitimate athletes and amateur wrestlers who adapted incredibly well to professional wrestling. Whether they were Team Angle or some version of WGTT, Shelton Benjamin and Charlie Haas simply delivered? across multiple companies and shows. They had great matches with established teams like KOW and The Hardyz, achieved the same with makeshift units like Eddie Guerrero and Tajiri, and always seemed to thrive within a storyline. A damn good tag team."

[9.0] "Coming in as Kurt Angle sidekicks, Haas & Benjamin became the best pure wrestling on the circuit for the two next years, amasing tag gold on their way. After a hiatus, they returned in 2006, in a lower profile but still providing great wrestling, including an outstanding Ladder Match against the Hardy Boys. Several years later in 2010, they entered Ring Of Honor, creating a superb trilogy of dream matches against the Kings Of Wrestling and becoming ROH Tag Team Champions, then dominating the tag team division for the next two years, helping the growth of the ANX on their way. While they ended with a whimper instead of a bang, their athletic prowess entertained fans in three separate runs and shll be fondly remembered for many many years to come."
