My first ever wrestling show i attend, there were the GYV defending their progress tag titles in the first ever KOPW show, still to this day one of my favorite matches. Zack Gibson is a beast on the mic and their cohesion as a team at this point is beyond supreme, perfect for a old school team. The best, at least for tag team, for UK to ever produced."

Love seeing these guys wrestle and they kill it wherever they go, should be NXT Tag Team Champions right now."

Zack Gibson is legitimately elite with a microphone in his hands, and both he and James Drake have improved vastly over the past few years in the ring. Whenever they're on my screen, I justifiably assume that the match will at least be solid and the promo will be great. All the potential to become the best tag team in the industry."

[10.0] "In this world full of spotfest teams with very little psychology, Grizzled Young Veterans is a perfect old-school tag team. Zack Gibson is one of the best heels on the British scene and James Drake is severely underrated in the ring. They match perfectly and clearly have the total package ; their level in the ring, their great promos (especially Gibson) and their disconcerting ease to be hated by the crowd. Earlier this year they were supposed to enter the NXT tag team division and I hate the pandemic for depriving us of that. They're not in the NXT UK clips so I guess it's still planned but it's going to have to wait, and it's going to be a long wait. They made history by becoming the first ever NXT UK Tag Team Champions, now it's time to them to do the same in the main division of NXT which sorely needs it."
