[6.0] "The final was excellent which is important but unfortunately other than that the highs weren't super high and the lows were extremely low with awful stuff from SHO/Kanemaru and some bad comedy from Taguchi/MAO. After the first few nights a lot of it was just there. A tonne of parity booking too. A bang average, teetering on below average BOSJ."
[5.0] "I went into this tournament really optimistic. A feeling that was bolstered by the first 2 or 3 shows of the Tour which were brilliant. Unfortunately the quality tailed off very quickly and the second half of rounds matches were pretty poor. The final itself was decent and perked up the tournament as a whole but sadly not enough to drag it into a more respectable rating."
[9.0] "A incredible tournament showcasing Junior Heavyweight Wrestling, not to compare 2016 or 2012 but...... spectacular bunch of krick pro wrestling talent in the game of puroresu! To me the match of the tournament is MAO vs Kevin Knight and Ryusuke Taguchi vs Taiji Ishimori, both took place during night 2. 20+ nights of intense injuries boiling up to the surface. Kosei Fujita becoming a great example to see overcome. His sparring matchup against KUSHIDA during his possible path towards MMA made the match tougher than shoe leather. Kosei Fujita reaches the finals going one on one with a slightly weird yet very seasoned YOHei Komatsu in his prime here. Kosei Fujita wins after two tries of the BOSJs back to back. TMDK reigns supreme and yet the industry won in general. Good talent. Ninja Mack vs Robbie X kicked ass, Dragon Dia vs Hiromu Takahashi was created to thrill. Ryusuke Taguchi vs Robbie Eagles in the opener of night 10 by a technical standpoint was the best match in psychology. But I stand by Kevin Knight and MAO being the best match move for move. The debuts of Extreme Robbie X, The Prodigy Nick Wayne and The Strange Love connection MAO was impressive and like to see them next year. Also a few honorable junior heavyweights worldwide that should be there; Jordan Oliver, The DKC, Josh Morrell, Shoma Kato, Izaiah Zane, Mascara Dorada, Blake Christian, London Lightning, Lee Moriarty, Yoshiki Kato, TAKA Michinoku and Cameron Khai. So BOSJ 32 is in the books."
[8.0] "Had an absolute blast with this tournament. So many great moments and matches from bizarre spectacles such as Mao (an absolute delight in this tournament bringing that DDT-style to the cerulean blue) vs Ryusuke Taguchi (Big match guch also had a lot of fun moments and matches) to incredible clinics like Kosei Fujita (who won in a record-breaking and emotional way) vs Kushida (who's technical prowess was on full display the entire tournament). Francesco Akira vs Hiromu Takahashi was also good. Some more fun moments such as the debut of Wheel-San and Ninja Mack seeking virality also make this tournament quite memorable. Only unfortunate bits came during the majority of Sho and Yoshinobu Kanemaru matches, involving a lot of disappointing HOT antics (eliminating Taiji Ishimori because of House of Torture was excruciating) really brought a lot of matches down. But other than that, each wrestler was able to bring a unique charm to the tournament that it made it a joy to watch on each day."
[9.0] "Awesome BOSJ this year. Fujita winning felt like the right choice, and the finals between YOH and Fujita was absolutely great. Block A was a fun block with the future ace's of the Jr division in Wato, Connors, Akira and Fujita all got to have good performances as well as have great matches with Hiromu. Robbie X, Kushida and Dragon Dia did good as well. Best match has to be Hiromu vs Akira. Block B was also great, with Despe showing why he's at the top, Nick Wayne and MAO showing out in their debut year, Kevin Knight, Titan, Ishimori, YOH and Robbie Eagles doing great and even Taguchi had a couple good matches. Best match is definitely Desperado vs Wayne/Eagles. Overall amazing tournament."
