[6.0] "According to me this was a pretty good tournament. It was inside the STRONG format, so it's a little variation on the themes of the show, good."
[3.0] "Zähes Turnier ohne sehenswerte Action, irgendwelchen Rahmenstories und generell mit einem Vibe, das recht klar war, dass die Good Brothers das Ding holen. Nicht geil in Summe."
[6.0] "This tournament was alright and it pretty much was as ''good'' as expected, most matches were pretty much on the same level, which was a decent one, but we barely got anything better. For example, I only gave two matches a higher rating than 6, on the other hand not one match got a lower rating than a 6 for me. Another thing which was good, but also disappointing was the comeback of Anderson and Gallows, I was excited to see them back in NJPW and it was indeed nice to see them but they just couldn't deliver in terms of match quality. Another team which did convince in terms of their match quality was Violence Unlimited, they were the MVP's of this tournament and deserved the win more than Good Brothers. Here are my three favourite matches in order: 3: King/Dickinson vs WCWC, 2: Yehi/Yuta vs Nagata/Narita, 1: Dickinson/King vs Kratos/Limelight."
[5.0] "NJPW's Tag Team Turbulence Tournament was a simple and effective enough concept to keep NJPW Strong busy for three weeks before the crowd returned, but it didn't make the tournament exciting at all. I found it all rather basic, absolutely no matches were worth-watching and for me the best of the tournament was a ***1/2 with Brody King & Chris Dickinson on the first day of the tournament. Otherwise all the other matches are below this range and that is to be expected when the winner of your tournament is the Good Brothers. They were not convincing at all for their return in a NJPW ring for me, their first round match was okay but the other two were boring, especially their semi-final. Thanks to Violence Unlimited for bringing some positives to this tournament but, meh."
