[8.0] "This was a good tournament, I enjoyed it more than last year's (which I also thought was a good tournament)... the STRONG Openweight Championship looks good and was a good idea for the finalist. I hope it can become a title on the level of the NEVER Openweight championship with some banger stories and defenses to its name. Good tournament, good prize for the winner. I recommend checking it out."

[6.0] "It was a good tournament for NJPW standards. Nothing really incredible here, if I have to recommend a match it's surely the match between Ren Narita and Tom Lawlor in the quarter finals. The final was a little bit disappointing."

[8.0] "A very good tournament, I had not watched Strong in a while and I was presently surprised to see such high quality wrestling, what I had watched of it before was not great, but it has hugely improved. It started with Lio Rush vs Clark Connors, and it was a great start, solid action, Clark Connors has improved a large amount, a lot of good work, Connor's spear looks amazing * 3. 75 stars * Ren Narita vs Tom Lawler was also a very good match, nice submission work, nice ending - * 4 Stars * A decent match between Fred Rosser vs Hikuleo, Hikuleo has improved and they had a good match - * 3. 25 stars * Brody king vs Chris Dickinson, hard hitting fun. - * 4 stars * Tom Lawlor vs Hikuleo, not great, but decent, the correct result occurred - * 3 stars * Brody King vs Lio Rush, a well done clash of styles - * 3 stars * Brody King vs Tom Lawlor, I hoped for it to be better but it was still a good match, I would have preferred it to have been a shorter match as it only got going towards the end. * 3. 5 stars * Overall: A good tournament, better then expected. * 3. 75 stars *"
