[6.0] "This was an average tournament with no standout match up until the finals. Hiromu and Despy tore the house down. It should have been Despy who walked out Best of the Super Jr. s but for some inexplicable reason, Hiromu won again. The finals was excellent and worth going out of my way to watch."

[7.0] "Not a bad tournament, but definitely a step down from last year. There were some good matches but the only real "great" match was the final which is worth watching."

[8.0] "Of course, this is not the best tournament of all time, but i liked it very much, more than G1 Climax 30. Perhaps during the tournament there were no 5-star matches (although Hiromu and the Eagles were quite close), but almost all the matches were at a decent level. There were no extra people among the participants. Each wrestler in the tournament had his own road, his own mini-storylines and his own moment of glory. If on G1 there was a garbage Block B and a strong Block A, which did not realize 100% of its potential, then BOSJ was able to squeeze out the maximum in the current conditions. The final of the tournament is absolutely beautiful, pure 5 stars and the one of the most storytelling match of the year!"

[9.0] "Well, definitely this BOSJ wasn't the best of all time, but considering limited roster and pandemic effects this tournament was really awesome. Probably every wrestler had some decent bouts. Finals was very exciting, perfect example of great storytelling"
