[8.0] "I think they're trying to replicate Cruiserweight Classic's success with this one. But not quite get the prior's charm because whereas the prior had wrestlers from all around the world with different wrestling styles, this one only had wrestlers from UK scene so their wrestling styles too similar. Still a solid tournament though and a good showcase for UK indie wrestlers."

[7.0] "Solid tournament but missing a standout 10/10 match. Tyler Bate looked incredible here and also great work from Dunne, Andrews and Wolfgang. Fantastic for British Wrestling in terms of WWE but not a standout for WWE tournaments as a whole."

[8.0] "I remember this being pretty fun. It did a great job establishing Tyler Bate to WWE fans and set up Pete Dunne as the dastardly finger crushing heel he was for years. I do miss when we got WWE network exclusive shows like this."

I hardly got to enjoy many of the matches because I have watched some of the participants wrestle in other promotions, and the short time each match had was a big factor regarding how weak this tournament felt. Many of the wrestlers can have a fantastic match if given a decent amount of time. I think this was heavily rushed, even though the final match was great."

[7.0] "The tournament was rushed in the first round as that all happened on the same night but honestly night 2 was great fun with great matches here and there. I would say skip night 1 and just watch night 2, you shouldn't be disappointed."

[8.0] "Although the first round, being crammed into a two-hour block, was a bit rushed, the rest was a very well-done traditional-format tournament, with many talents being able to shine and a good story for the finals with the injury to Bate inflicted by Dunne earlier in the night adding to the underdog-prevailing story in the end. Good stuff."
